I looked in the posts but I couldn't find the answer to this one. How is the RLD scene on the 26th of December? I am flying though Frankfurt and have several hours to kill. Is it worth going there late afternoon/early evening on the 26th or should I not bother?

I am more interested in the eros centers than the kinos.

I know we've talked about the holiday period previously but I can't quickly find my old post or two on this. IMHO, you're going to find lots of locked doors and empty hallways in the Eros centers/Laufhausen.

I'm basing this on my own experience of going through the area on December 23 and a day or two before that. The numbers of SW dwindles as the 24th approaches. When I did my tour that day, the Eros Centers/Laufhausen were basically deserted.

I suspect that there will be a few women available on the 26th but not many. It couldn't hurt to take a look since you'll be in the area.

I'm uncertain if you can receive PMs, so I'll say something publicly.

You don't say what day you're arriving. Unless it's the 24 or 25th of December, there is usually some SW somewhere in the Frankfurt RLDs almost any time of the day but not very many during the early morning hours. The numbers will probably begin to increase around 10:00 AM. The greatest numbers of SW will be in the early to late evening hours.

We had a brief discussion on this a few months back.

I'm flying into Frankfurt tomorrow, Dec 17th, for a lay-over arriving at 0600 and fly out at 1600, so I'd like to find some P4P near the airport, so I can relax a little.

Can anyone give me some info regarding action this time of day, prices and how far away from the airport it is?

I can't comment on massage but there have been a couple of posts on this in recent months.

I suppose it couldn't hurt to provide a quick synopsis. Read back for more details.

In brief, there are two major RLDs in central Frankfurt. The easiest one to get to is a short walk from the main/central train station (Hauptbahnhof or Hbf). The Hbf is about a 20 minute train ride from the Airport. Take the S-Bahn, either S8 or S9. On arrival at the Hbf, it would be a good idea to note where the return train will depart from. Most of the S-Bahn trains arrive and depart on the Tief (lower) level of the Hbf. There is frequent service between the Hbf and the Flughaven (Airport) throughout the day. Leave enough time to get back for your flight. Though it can be done much faster, I'd recommend giving yourself an hour from the middle of the RLD to arrival at the airport.

Make sure you carry a valid ticket. If an inspector catches you without one you will pay a fine much larger than the price of the ticket.

Go to Google maps and in the search field input "taunusstrasse and elbestrasse, frankfurt main, germany" (no quotes) click search.

The intersection of Taunus and Elbe is roughly "ground zero" of the larger RLD. You will see the intersection on the map and also the Hbf. Going out the main/front doors of the Hbf will likely put you on Kaiser strasse. Walk down to Elbestr. and turn left, continue to Taunusstr. Note the various entrances labeled with the word "love" , a heart symbol or something similar. Each house typically has 3-5 floors. Most people say avoid "Roteshaus" (Red house). Touts will try to lure you into a nearby bar and inside you will be asked to buy one of the women an expensive drink. It's best not to enter.

Most people recommend the latins. Typical cost E30. You won't find many women there until about 10:00 AM. Probably more after Noon.

Language shouldn't be a big obstacle.

Read back. There's been lots said about good and bad experiences in this area over the past years.

another RLD is on Breite gasse. Search the forum for Breite Gasse or Breitegasse for information on this area.
