Anyone else's WeChat acting weird? I presently can only see 5 people online, while makers appear to have been blocking escorts from searches for quite a while I used to be able to see maximum number search would allow on people nearby.

No wonder, because there are no new Users coming to this app (which are not Chinese). No more Clients, so no more Hookers are using these app. Try alternatives.

The CCP took over the app completely so there is no more space left for hookers and mongers.

"Lookaround' feature used to find 100's of girls, now it is usually empty.

I just used it in free mode and found it better than Tinder in free mode, where most of the chicks want premium payment. I find all the sites have scammers, just a part of the process to eliminate them.

Basically take a real-time selfie and facial recognition software would compare it to the profile pic on file? No more pretending to be a hot 24 yo personal trainer.

I seem to remember some other sites that wanted 100 points of ID uploaded as verification as well. No way in hell I'm uploading my Driver's Licence, Passport etc details to a random hooker for hire web site. Identity Theft anyone? 😳.

These were a while ago so things may have changed now. I did try them for a short time, essentially got nowhere, so just gave up and went back to the old faithfuls.

A hot looking Chinese chick will befriend an old white bloke (OWB). She will then show off her wealth that she got, all from Bitcoin trading. There will be pictures of Ferraris, LV handbags, condos and cash laying about on her glass coffee table etc. Before long she will convince the OWB to open his own trading account, so that he too can become a multi millionaire overnight. She will them train him on how to trade. The scammers move in and siphon the OWB's account. Goodbye retirement savings. OWBs need to ask themselves. Why would a beautiful, young Chinese chick approach them? It's not for true love.

The military romance scam involves operatives in Nigeria / Russia / China stealing pictures of legitimate US military personnel (male and female) from social media sites. Using the fake profile, they strike up a romance with lonely OWBs and old white ladies (OWLs). They will say that they can't access the internet due to US Government security reasons and since they are stuck in Afghanistan / Syria / Iraq, could they please ask for help in receiving lap tops, iPhones, iTunes cards, cash, etc. Very soon, OWB and OWL and down thousands of dollars. There have been cases where after sending hundreds of thousands of dollars over a couple of years, OWB goes to the rendezvous point in Bali / Thailand / Hawaii to finally meet and fuck the big bootied corporal, but she never arrives. Hahaha.

If any government is looking for herd immunity (regardless of what % the government thinks that is), they must vax as many people as possible. That includes outsiders (whether in-country legally or not), prisoners, everyone. Infected outsiders (symptomatic or not) can spread disease as well as citizens; hence you want them jabbed.

From almost all my Filipino contacts, few want a jab. Not one of my regulars (multiple cities) will get a jab. I hear the wildest conspiracy theories (regardless those DOH FB ads with pics like I posted, claiming that vaxes are safe and necessary). The conspiracy theories run the gamut, from the simplest (vaxes kill people on the spot), to more unusual (the vaccine is formulated so that new 5 G cell towers can geo-locate and follow you) to the more bizarre (vaxes are formulated so that 5 G cell towers can find you and laser-kill you on the spot). Nothing irrational there.

Little different in my country, just the anti-vaxers there have different reasons not to vaccinate. However, don't be surprised if only a smaller-than-herd-immunity % of people here (or any country) are vaxed a year from now. I am making a conjecture here: For many poor countries, for a variety of reasons (cost, scandals, corruption), it could be years before they get enough vaccines (trickles of jabs from time to time). A country must vaccinate its people to a herd-immunity level in a short time-frame (the vax potency might be limited in time). Its not only not looking good for foreigners here, its looking bad for foreigners in their own country who want to travel here.

Sad face also for foreigners here whose 3-year time limit is (or has) expiring during Covid. You must leave, and don't know when you are coming back.
