Have mongered in most of the well known SEA countries / places and quite frankly I would prefer KL to Pattaya or Bangkok, Bali or Manila.

Yes more expensive, well for some, Yes not the same volume and Yes Phil girls and Thai girls can be "more naughty".

But what I like about KL is I can stay in a very comfortable 4 star hotel, walk for about 10/15 minutes to a bar, not be pressured to buy lady drinks, have a choice from about 40 - 60 girls, walk back to my hotel room and have a good session.

In my experience in Kl I feel safe at night anywhere, I have a choice of good restaurants and I find it is not hard to pick up a quality girl who is not a hardened pro. Yes I am biased towards Viets but Viets in Vietnam do pose problems.

But that's just my opinion and that's all it is. An opinion. What works for me may not work for you.

My suggestion is try different places and find your best fit.

Kl is a relatively western and modern city where the people speak great English so it is easy to move around and explore. Price wise the food and living expenses are not very expensive although Thailand and Philippines are probably cheaper to live in they are also less structured.

My question to you is which bar can you have a choice of 40-60 girls? You mean regular people or real working girls? You're certainly not referring to beach club or the Thai bar are you?

I was in KL from 1 - 6 Nov 2018.

Was there with some friends; mainly to watch the Moto GP race.

But I booked into the Federal Hotel.

Which has a "Spa" on the Ground FL.

Very convenient to get girls delivered to your hotel room.

Price: 300 for Thai and PRC girls.

220 for Indo and Loas girls.

Usually have about 10 girls to choose from.

Nice, tasty, girls in their 20's.

Definitely can recommend.

I was there once in my last trip to KL, really desperate after leaving BC at 2 am without seeing anyone interesting to my eyes for less than 500 RM.

I add one more detail: the papi is really a special character, and I really mean "character". Long hair on the back, ruined face, not really ceremonious with the customer, neither kind with girls. On the contrary: sharp with me and super-rude with girls.

Sharp with me? He told me to sit, he showed me two girls, then disappeared and went smoking where he was before. After 10 minutes that I was waiting alone, without knowing what was going to happen next, I came out and asked him: "Then what?". He simply replied annoyed "Ah you want to see more? Then you must wait because they are busy now". I chose one of the first two (Indo), and it was good.

Rude with girls? He was giving orders to them like a Sergeant to his recruits, calling them even "chicken". Yes, I am not joking: "Come here CHICKEN! Stand up!" with very sharp and rude voice. "Ayam" is a popular deprecative way to call girls working in this kind of houses.

However I like to combine 'regular' tourism with some mongering. Is KL the best place for mongering or other place like for example Malakka (or even smaller but touristic cities) could be a good option as well?

Where in Bali did you need to buy "lady drinks"? I bought drinks for bar girls only in Patts and BKK, only when I desired their pleasant conversational skills and a back rub. What I picked up and brought back to my room was as easy as it comes and didn't so much as require a cab ride because I was always a short walk from my room.

Likely peaks out at more than 80 girls across the two venues on busy nights.

Plus the 30+ who hang out at Changkat, peaking on weekends (but overall they are way less attractive yet more expensive: I think they consider themselves more higher-end).

Going to KL and limiting mongering activities to ACE is just like going to Paris and limiting the culinary experience to the fast food places around Pigalle.

I am not saying KL is the BEST mongering place in the world but what criteria are we using? And how do we weigh differing things like ease of getting around? No. Of girls, service, hotel facilities etc etc.

If people do not like what is being offered at KL I am happy for them to go somewhere else.

Just like the beauty of a girl different places are in " the eye of the beholder".

Have I been to Richmoore personally? Ask Franga. We met up there last March. Didn't bother with Beach Club, because my local acquaintances described as a place where Westerners go to hang out with other Westerners and get overcharged by Vietnamese girls for service that can be good or not be good at a premium price, either way.

Ease of getting around? KL has an excellent public transport system and you will need it to take advantage of its various mongering destinations. Hotel facilities? Yes, they have nice hotels in Thailand and Bali, where they actually provide you with service and facilities. And swimming pools.

Etc. Etc? I don't know what that's supposed to refer to.

Girls? KL is definitely at a handicap there, since a lot of them are walking around in hijab and they are the most overweight in all of Asia (a statistical fact, not a personal observation).

KL is definitely not the best mongering place in the world, and no experienced monger would try to pitch it advantages over any of the major destinations in Thailand, Indonesia or the PI.
