You must not have gone to AC many times. As that has been the policy since the beginning. If you have sex with the girl 1 time. No matter what was promised. No refund. Now of course if you were friends w / the Bar Owner or an Expat who was a daily regular. It may be different. But the standard practice has always been. Once touched. The deal is done.
That is standard throughout AC. One pop is the bare minimum a girl must do. Anything above that has always been because the girls for the most part. Are genuine and keep their word.
