Not only are looks less important in the Latino world but age is as well. Not saying it is not there there is some. Just saying compared to the judgement levels in the USA it is very small in the latino world.

I was stunned by the amount of hot girls there was when I arrived at 5 am. I've been coming at this hour lately and its been good for me because the girl to guy ratio is way better but the top girls still haven't ended their shift. On this side of the border, women tend to have a fascination with the perfect couple. Men and women have to be within 5 years of each other to be perfect. The American Perfection is the goal. Perfect career. Perfect kids. Perfect spouse. Perfect car. Perfect neighborhood.
In Mexico they place a bigger emphasize on happiness.

Females look their best mid 20's when they have the curves of a women, youth still, and a positive playful semi mature attitude. Last night my girl was only a year younger than me at 28 and it was one of my favorite sessions of all time. Last week I met one of similar age and while she was hot, it was her first week at HK and I could tell she didn't like it. Sometimes I forget not everyone likes this lifestyle.

They are exactly like any woman in the world. Just like we want something pleasing to the eye, they want the same. The thing to remember is that looks or love don't pay the bills. So at the end of the day, those who have the money get the honey. I'm sure some get freebies, but majority that work in the bars want and need to pay bills be it in Tijuana and / or at home. The ones I've met are lonely and some have only a handful of amigas they can trust. It is a lonely world once you peel back more layers to the onion.

I am much older than you and I agree some gals can be too young and immature for this job.

Went down with 2 wingmen, arrived in Tijuana about 3 PM. The bros did not have lunch so were hungry. They wanted the Shrimp Quesadilla, so we walked through the alley, headed South on Ninos towards the Cathedral's Plaza. Stopped in a corner shop to get 3 cold beers and got in Mariscos El Choforo. The place had 8 tables, all occupied, so we waited 5 minutes. I told the bros it was worth the wait as El Choforo served the freshest sea food among the dozen shops in that plaza.
I ordered a medium shrimp cocktail, 90 pesos or $4.50. It had a lot of large shrimps and octopus, tasted fresh, plum and juicy in a tomato and lime juice broth. The bros ordered a combo, a large shrimp quesadilla, a large cup of seafood consome and a soda, 80-pesos. The food was fresh and tasty in a blend of fresh ingredients, very good value, worth the short walk. Mariscos que LE Damo next to hotel Irma has been ripping me off with a 150-peso shrimp cocktail with less shrimp.
Got in HK, got vouchers for free beers, walked around scoping out the talents. Lots of girls, the hottest ones were working. Found a booth near the mains stage, drinking, watching the strip show. After a while a mesero said his booth was reserved and his clients showed up. I wanted to see if he was bullshitting me so refused to give up the table. He called in his floor manager who apologized and moved us to a table near the front door, even a better spot to watch the senoritas hehe.
Neveronce already checked into Cascada, texted me and went looking for us in HK. He wandered around with a beer in hand, eyes popping out of sockets like a young buck lost in the wood. It could knock her off her feet. He was drinking with his girls but was not touching, squeezing them per HK's Normal Operating Procedure. He's still operating with a rigid, prudish mindset ingrained in him in the US. I was caressing my girl, drinking shots with her, but could not get a DFK, so she was crossed off the list.

Speedy knew all about the new big client on the balcony, so he went up pulling the bro down for the shots, but he declined. He urged me to go but I already had a couple shots, not risking more. Meseros brought a Don Julio 70 bottle with a fiery birthday Roman candle. He was drinking only beers, not Tequilas. The meseros talked him into all kinds of orders, which he likely did not even know what and how much he paid for. Damn. As long as he was cool with treating the bros and the girls, I was not complaining hehe.
2 bros wanted to go to Mr. Pampas for its famous Brazilian BBQ dinner. The bro was resistant, did not want to leave hot, sexy girls for food. 3 of us departed for Mr. Pampas. Meseros were hovering over the bottles. The bro was drinking only beers, not Tequila and officially could not feed it to the girls. He bought the bottles to treat the wingmen. If he left the table without us, meseros would quickly grab them. " OOPS! Don't know what happed to your bottles, Senor. Lo Siento." hehe. I took the Don Julio 1942 bottle, walked out the club, stored it in my car, saved them to treat wingmen in the next trip.
Came back after dinner, walked the alley. Introduced a bro to Paola de GDL in front of Ibiza. She's tall, nice, clean, pretty, beautiful all around. The bro had been aching to get out of the house for Tijuana in 2 years. I asked her to treat him nice. He said she was very nice, a good find.
We came back to HK to say good bye. The bro was still sitting at the same spot on the balcony ogling hot strippers. Did not know if he ever got with the girl in the yellow dress. He said sweet, innocent Ciara de Sonora sent her friend to give him her tel to meet up. Man, Ciara looks so sweet and pretty. Looks like she wanted his LTR.
