Not sure what went wrong with you. My first time experience was good in this spa as well. Though I had selected Mahua then. I went 4 times to this spa within a week. All the time I paid 4500 at the counter and experiences were amazing. All the 4 times I had booked appointment over the phone an hour or 2 prior to going.

I agree with a fellow monger that Bristi is not the best one there. Instead try Riya. I had amazing time with Riya twice at that spa. Better luck next time.

Similar problem of Brishti at MT refusing FS, despite full payment. I asked her in advance, should she have any problems, I would just pay 3500.
