Just look at any of the girl s and gesture, they will oblige and you can either dance with her or take her to the seating area. There you can play with the girl for about 15-20 mins depending on the girl and the access she gives you. Access ranges from DFK, sucking boobs, fondling them etc.
(g) Overall: 2/5.
(h) Experience: Though it is a very cheap and promising destination but the quality of the girls and the crowd is quite pathetic. Most of the girls also double as prostitutes in the night. Though it was my first time and with some help from the waiters in the club could manage to find out the details and had four girls in three pubs for 3k. The good ones pester you for more but then you have take out the money's worth from them.

Or a Lawyer friend of one of you who you can confide in; because I have a question, the answer to which might help us all. Is there a law which allows cops to prosecute [not apprehend] a customer, assuming all they have as 'proof' is a couple, in a room? I mean lets exclude the possibility of them catching one on camera & in action. Isn't there a law that allows for consensual sex amongst adults? Let's equip ourselves with facts because you never know when it might come in handy.

With spas in malls getting raided suddenly things are looming grim. This happens due to overexposure of such places and people are advised not to name the places they visit in the open forum so to avoid such kind of tragic events.

Legal advice solicited![/QUOTE]While there is no law as such which prevents two consenting adults from having sex, the laws in relation to prostitution are strict and subject to selective enforcement by LE.
Any person who is found at a brothel for the purpose of sexual exploitation (read sex) on first conviction can be imprisoned for a term of 3 months or a fine of Rs. 20, 000 or both. Any subsequent conviction can lead to imprisonment for a term of 6 months or a fine of Rs. 50, 000 or both.
Further, any one found with a prostitute in any place which is within 200 metres of public religious worship, educational institution, hotel, hospital, nursing home or other public places or 'notified place' (these areas are specially designated as notified by the state or city authorities) can be imprisoned for a term of 3 months. Public place means any place intended for use by, or accessible to, the public and includes any public conveyance (this is meant to catch guys having sex in public transport vehicles – however, there does not seem to be a prohibition of having sex in your private car – that will be entering the realm of public immorality and decency which are different kinds of crimes albeit sexual crimes).
Therefore, if one happens to get caught by the cops with a WG, firstly, the stories should be aligned that the lady you are with is not a WG and she is your GF or a casual hook-up or some other imaginative thing you can come up with. No money should have been seen to have changed hands (unless the cops have you on tape exchanging cash for services rendered or to be rendered – in which case you are screwed). Now the thing is several WGs are married, even if LE is not able to bring prostitution / solicitation charges against the WG and the monger, you can always be charged with adultery (only in case the WG is married).
The laws out there are strict and this gives LE a lot of power to run wild and extract hoards of cash from unsuspecting clients. The laws gives LE a wide berth to run an extortion racket which is why you will note that every SP (I hear even MPs) needs to pay off the local cops and that has the effect of rising per shot costs that SPs demand from time to time.
Please do not consider this legal advice since I found this information by just surfing for it over the internet and am putting it out here so that each one of us is at least aware of the law, if not, what needs to be done in the event of a LE raid. The legal and real consequences of getting caught consorting with WGs could be much harsher.
Has anybody had a run in with LE along with or in relation to WGs, do share your thoughts. Cheers.
p. s. to my earlier post, in case you are unsure about the age of the wg (i. e. she may appear to be ****) , trust your instincts and back off. because if you are caught with an **** wg, you are going to prison for a term of 7 years.

It is very much possible that this forum is being tracked by LE.
It is also very much possible that one of the newbies who just innocently asks you for help may be a LE under the alias. We should all be careful as while trying to be of help we might expose our dens to the people who should not be knowing about them.

Hypothetically one is with a WG, the Cops come in, they will not say it is consensual.
With the new Law (definition of Brothel)
A) In case of SP joint, they will prove it to be a brothel and that SP is "living" on earning of the woman.
B) Under new Law the Client is also liable.
C) If the couple is in a private place, they will force the woman to accept she has charged money / exploited etc.
Once they manage to get the statement, they will try to arrest the man or take him to the Police Station.
At the Police Station they will threaten to call your Parents / Spouse etc.
Result, you empty the Pocket.
Although if they do file the case it is almost impossible to get the man convicted but the agony, trauma of getting bail, attending Court for next five years, etc, one tends to settle the case.
Consequences in MP will be equally worst, again they will prove it was being used as a brothel.
