The best option would to be refrain from buying any food at the airport and save your money until you get to your destination and then go to a regular mcdonald's. So this equates to not partaking in mongering in the US and saving your $300 an hour and then spending it on mongering after you arrive in Colombia. This will result in more value received for the money that is spent. If you can't understand that then that is your problem.

And I'll say it again snorkeling is stupid you might as well pay to go golfing too while you are at it.

I think most of these girls have similar background and come from the same place so you are basically getting the same thing. If we only focus on outcome based on satisfaction level, you are the lucky one who can be happy spending far less and getting the same outcome.

Assume all are happy, then it seems to me the one that spent less is better off because he will always have more choice and more money left assume everything else is equal. I can see some people can't make the same choice as you do so they have a higher level of spending. That maybe the part that confuses you.

You are using one example to generalize it. Not all girls will fit this profile.
