I'm no expert, but the rates quoted by the SP seem to me to be just plain atrocious! That is presuming the rates are for LT. If that is a possibility, then there could be correction in rates after May 16. I would implore my brothers here to not give in to demands for astronomical rates and wait this situation out at least till May 16.
