I just saw Aruncuckoo's post and I confirm it.
I went to Bharat Mata building today (beside Night Lovers) and two girls were asking Rs 3800 (previously it was 3200) and my pimp also confirmed that the fact prices are hiking in coming months in all buildings.
Main reason is hike in apartment rent and the business is not good like in the days before demonetization.
