Yo bros! Hope everyone is staying cool as there have been rolling blackouts through some neighborhoods this weekend.
I found a lovely part timer on Skokka. Negrita and bajita. Like really short. 20 years old. Kissing and bareback like a girlfriend. 120 k for the hour, but she stayed for two hours and we were going at it a while. She's been a regular the past two weeks or so.

I was on Jet Blue, I saw a few on my flight while boarding but thankfully they sat up front while I got my usual seat in the back of the plane so I can get off faster to get through the immigration line quicker but when I got on the line I was behind the LATAM passengers. The LATAM plane came from ATL.
I'm not sure if you're a part of the WhatsApp groups but there's a funny video going around where some of the Sistas were in Androgeno doing what looks like a sorority dance and the chicas and brothers face expression says it all. (hopefully this site don't auto correct Androgeno to "A Drink" like my previous post).
What ended up happening to Cartagena was certain people opened their mouth and it attracted the crowd who likes to be loud for attention. My post from the end of last year where I got off the boat with my chica and the loud mouth Sistas where doing their shaming shit (where they have a loud conversation about a stranger so the stranger can hear what they are saying to start a confrontation) was enough to let me know to find another city where they they are not. But they are showing the world why so many of us brother are getting on planes to get away from them and experience tranquillity.
Wondering if anyone has rented a car? I usually take the taxis, but then I see an attractive girl on the street who probably would take a poke, and cannot get the taxi driver to stop. I also have picked up some young pretty girls while out walking around, but the temperature is getting hotter. Might be better to pickup a street walker if I had a rental car? Any guidance on this please? Is it expensive? Insurance issues?

The insurance is on my credit card so that is no issue. If staying in the same city I find it pricey at $50 though when I am only paying $2 a pop for Indriver.

I've done it twice and regretted it twice. Sure there is good convenience but an Uber is under $3 to anywhere in the tourist area. I've driven all the way to Santa Martha, Barranquilla, Manzanillo, Baru, even all the way out to Motel Indiana and it is nuts! I have zero clue how there aren't more accidents because these people drive so close where bumpers almost touch. The paved roads aren't that great (huge potholes) and if you happen to drive off into areas like La Boquilla those dirt roads are no joke. Potholes everywhere, random people on motorcycles cutting in and out in front of the car, random dogs in the street and the busses don't care. Parking can be an issue unless you're going to shopping centers.
I had other annoyances such as Pico Placa, I was constantly getting pulled over in Centro because I didn't know, and there were speed traps as well. Flooding is another major issue especially in front of Pametto Sunset where the water can reach up to your knees in heavy rains during high tide.
If your focus is that you want to drive around and pick up girls like you're in Miami, Cartagena is not the place to do it, I would suggest get out the cab talk to the girl then take another cab. It's 12.000 to anywhere in the tourist area.
Since we all have our ratings of talent a nice resource on youtube is Prestigious Physiquez, seems the bigger CAR girls walkthru youtubers have backed off filming since the new rule changes, I'm guess demonetization.
Since Dolce closed seems like that tier of Insta models have went to greener pastures. Still plenty of younger all naturals, morenas and indigenous types. Doesn't seem like many guys are spending on the street so there could be leverage in negotiations.

They are using old footage and splicing it up to make it look like fresh footage.

They are walking by the park Plaza de Bolivar, and only someone who have been to Cartagena recently and walked by that park would know exactly what's wrong with that video.
All I can say based on my observations all of the videos they uploaded saying 2024 is old. If anyone watches it and pay attention they are showing videos of The Clock Tower with no barricades, videos of people going into Delirium and Dolce (which have been closed for over a month), Video of the street which Dolce and Delirium is on with no barricades. I've even chicas I know in their nightlife videos whos been in the US for over a month.
The nightlife videos can be used as a scale to rate chicas but I would not suggest anyone to use the videos as a reference to how Cartagena currently is with the abundance of available chicas.

There was not even a moderately attractive one in the bunch. I had to bite my tongue. I could not tell if they were in the before or after surgery group. If it was the after group, they should get their money back.
Then I was flying back on Spirit in the big seat (I. E. Their first class). Sista sitting next to me was nice but she travelled around with her friends all over. She said they were part of a "fat girl yoga" group. Well, it was pretty clear that it was like 30 minutes of yoga and hours and hours of drinking and eating.
I do not get the appeal of Cartagena to women but every time I go, I sure see a lot of women on the planes thrilled to be there.

Sometimes, I will drive a scooter around and you do not need a license to drive an electric scooter / moped. You can weave around traffic and find a place to stop much more easily. Thing is I have been riding one for years and I do not recommend you do this either. It is dangerous, and I am not sure the women would get on a scooter.
It is not a problem renting a car or even driving it. The issue is how shitty the roads are and how crowded Cartagena is and how limited parking is. It is just so much easier to Uber or stop somewhere while getting a cab close to the women you want and track back.
Going out partying in Centro solo with the flashy jewelry. SMH. Sometimes life is the lesson.
I still don't understand why people keep walking around Centro after dark with jewelry but to each their own.
