Hello Gents,
It's unfortunate that any loss of life takes place anywhere in the world. But just as the newspapers and tv news has a place for breaking news and ongoing investigations, I believe this matter and any like it should likewise be put in place.
Upon saying that, I do want to say that the blast that occurred in the Avenue De Greiff followed after a riot that occured in the same area on Thursday March 21st. It seem the Mayor has had the police rounding up the homeless in El Centro in attempt to rid them of the streets.

This picture link below shows the corner street name. I can make out Carrera 11 but the Calle is not clear, looks like a 5, 6 or 8. But that should pretty much narrow down where this occurred in the De Greiff area.
