Well if your looking trough the picture forum look at the ones from cali. Believe it or not normal girls look like that. Yes you might have some with love handels in my opinion 30% shouldnt be weraing thight outfits but most of them are in good shape.
Yes they do look a little browner then USA , Europe girls but hey your in South America. They are Latina that is why I like them. if I want Pale looking chicks I will stay in USA.

I will be there for a short time and have a girlfriend waiting for me. However, I am unsure how long she will stay and would like to know if there are any recommendations that can be made as far as contacts for latina companionship. I have read the posts here but it seems some are outdated or should not be part of the Cali forum.
I speak fluent spanish and I am in good physical condition in my mid 40's.
I understand that it gets very hot ( weather ) in Cali during the day. Is there day time action nearby that is reasonable? Can anyone tell me where to go closeby in Cali during the day just to get away from the hot weather? Anyone know of safe areas that are cooler than

Thanks[/QUOTE]There is a lake north of Cali, called Lake Calima, about 2 hours drive. If you call any major hotel/travel agency, they will be able to help you with transportation. I was quoted last year for 60k pesos for round trip with private driver from Hotel casa del alfrez, but end up calling a friend of my lady. Some tips I can give you are: take a jacket as it gets cool during evening time. there are hotels/motels/bad-breakfast places you can stay for the night if you like. Plan on leaving early in the morning from Cali as sun set comes early as 6pm. It's safe as long as you go there with a colombian whom you know and trust (as it has been with all Colombians I have known).

This place is safe area anyway.

Some are there to meet man they already know, others are just looking for men. prices?

30K-50K per hour. buy any news paper and check for girls as well as for price comparison.

Avianda 6 or sixth street is a street full of bars/actions. There is an american bar and can tell you it is easy to pick up girls. Be carful, as some of these hot colombians are nothing more then theives.

Another area, high class, safe bar, "casa de la cerveza" it is very close to hotel casa del alfrez on Ave 9N-24. Most taxis know this bar.

Try malls like chepechape during day time. I only know this mall as it is pretty safe place I use to go. But from What I hear, there are two new malls that I don't know about.

I'm heading to Cali for a month or so starting in a few weeks and had been in contact with Ramon the guide. However Ramon has informed me that he has taken a regular 9-5 job and is semi retired from the game. As a newbie to Cali can anyone recommend a local guy to show me the ropes/ give introductions for a week or so until i get my bearings straight?

Since my last post someone put me in touch with Andres who i promptly called and am having a hard time believing what he told me. He charges $60/ day for introductions or 10/hr, not including food and drinks for him during the course of the day. And he wants to set me up in an apartment Torres de Granada for $700/month. Additional he told me that latin girls hate cheap guys, which i am taking as meaning you'd better be willing to buy these girl anything they want anytime they want it.

Personally I'm shocked anyone would have the balls to quote that type of money....But let me not jump to the conclusion that paying anyone this type of money in a 3rd world country is ridiculous.......just yet.

Can I get the opinion of people who have actually used Andreas' services before as to what exactly one gets in return??? Is there any value....even just a little bit in his service. Now he has told me people have retained him months at a time so know there are at least a few of you guys who really like him.

But still I curious to know what you get:
Is this the biggest and best apartment complex in Cali?
Are you meeting the hottest models in the city?
ect???

Hmmmm. "you'd better be willing to buy these girl anything they want anytime they want it." We call those girls "gold diggers." You can find beautiful girls in any country if you pay lots of money. I also know some bar girls in Bangkok who will call you a "cheap charlie" if you do not spends lots of money on them.

At $60 per day you probably should go to the marriage agencies as they will give you unlimited introductions for close to that price. In most of the ISG posts guys usually say that the Colombian girls are not too demanding. I suppose that there are the usual suspects who want to be pampered with tons of cash. Avoid them... unless you have many millions of dollars.

I think Andres as a person is a GREAT guy, but as a guide, he is a bit lazy. He has in the past, with me, just hung around all day looking for a free meal/drink.

If you do not know Cali, then he is good to know (just to get the lay of the land). Once that is done, then it is often just him hanging out with you and hitting your minibar.

I paid for him and Ramon to get hookers and have a little party with me and my chica. Ramon got himself some lovin, but even after paying for a girl to be with him, Andres still could not get the job done. He was much more shy about this than Ramon. Ramon is very outgoing, Andres is not.

Gustavo (from Hotel Don Jaime) knows alot of chicas and can probably help you out.

All of these guys from Cali just want to make some cash. They are tired of guys know paying for their services so they are demanding the money upfront.

$Bill is a good guy and probably the only monger that I have actually met and had the pleasure of having a drink together. He is the only guy who has actually met my novia. Rob, i know Bill doesnt like this guy but there's this guy who sells flowers on the street named MIKE, who speaks perfect english! I know he can introduce you to some hot chicas because ive seen it with my own eyes on a number of occassions, He and Ramon where always in competition for the Chicas, but obviously hes gonna get some type of kickback, but I dont know how much or what %. I'll do some research when I go down next Monday and I possibly might spend an EXTRA week and leave the 8th of August so we might cross paths a few days.

My Brother Bill mispoke a bit, I think: NEVERV pay the Chulo because he hits the chica up for his 20% AFTERWARDS. I like Gustavo, and have known him for yearrs, but his salary is shit so he counts on "tips". That being said, t do not let him (or anybody else) try and double dip. NEVER!
