I went to this place today. Very easy to find as Balmes is a main street. The massage place is on floor on P1a, not 1a. Pushed the button marked P1a outside, I heard them buzz me in, and I took the elevator to P1. As the elevator door opens, I hear the door on the left open for me. Paid a visit to Muntaner 14. As intructed here you push the red button outside and when buzzed in go to P2a. Big catholic family tradition means christmas is spent behind closed doors at home and the 15% immigrant population tries to make it back to its roots. Regular night clubs go quiet until after midnight on 31st December and a huge amount of non-spanish working girls head back to their families to spend your hard earned money with them. I know a few clubs say theyre open 24/7 365 days even christmas but you still have to think how many girls would be working their.

Looking at the calendar the 25, 26 and 27th will all be holidays so most shops will be closed, a few restaurants closed too but there will be some "clubs" open. Monday 28th onwards should be fairly normal.

From the start of December til christmas itself, the town is crazy with tourist shoppers downtown and loads of life with almost every company and group of friends having some kind of christmas party in the bars, clubs and restaurants. This means that the "clubs" are rammed full and the girls make a huge stack of cash to take a holiday with the family.

First time in Barcelona. I went Top Damas right after midnight. I decided to walk since I was already on Avenida Diagonal. The place is around 10-13 mins away from Av. Diagonal by foot, and the area seemed pretty clean and secure I would say. There are some suspicious looking bars (rip-off?) along the main street going up from where I was. But they looked harmless to me.

I entered the apartment in the small street without problems. The mamasan showed me into the waiting room and asked me if I'd like to have a drink. She offered me whiskey but I opted for some water. I was shown around 7-8 girls. I believe all from South/Central America. There were a couple of mulatas. They come in, give you a kiss on the cheek, introduce themselves and then the next one... The experience is quite funny. A member here once compared the quality of the TD girls to the ones in Rio termas. Well, I would not rate any of those girls more than 6, if I saw them in a Rio terma.
