Justification for occasional overpaying

However, in my defence, I would argue that if you try to barter WGs down too much then you invariably get a lesser service.
I know that the relationship with the girls ultimately a financial one but that doesn't mean you can't show them some respect.
As someone who travels to many countries and partakes in the "hobby" I know that in order to get the best service and minimise any risks it is important to carry out as much research as possible. In some countries, or parts of the country, it is a straight financial transaction. Rather like buying a Big Mac. But in others, paying above the odds can often result in a dramatic improvement in the level of service.
I paid less than a tenth of what kind of service would cost in London and it was truly memorable. Indeed, most of the several hundred WGs who I have met and can remember offered a superior performance as a consequence of offering more money. In Thailand for instance, it is possible to get a girl from the street for $15 but if you want one who offers more than eight words of English, OWO, GFE etc, you need to be thinking in the region of $120. And so on.
The experience of Rock Garden, to which I intend to return, was as good as some of the top punting locations in the world such as the Del Rey, seedy clubs in Phnom Penh, parts of Pattaya, and so on. All I was suggesting is that not bartering them down too far, and making it clear that you had deliberately chosen her and are expecting a good service, then the favour was returned. And in her case in a spectacular fashion that most WGs are not capable of doing.

I am new to this forum.
Will be visiting Entebbe and Kampala.
I have read the forum but still need to know about girl friendly A/C hotels budget range 50 -60 USD.
Talked to Jumia Travels regarding Airtickets and Girl friendliness.
They shortlisted two hotels HBT Russel in Kampala and Albert Suites in Entebbe.
HBT goes around for 75-80 dollars and the Albert suites costs around 55 USD.
They have quoted me return fare Copenhagen to Entebbe 730 USD.
Still need help from seniors.
Visiting for 15 days.
I do not know the climate of Kampala, a couple of my friends recently returned but according to them they stayed in hotels without A/C, they used ceiling Fan instead and the hotels used by them costed less than 30 Euros.
