Learning Spanish, dancing, going to the gym, swimming, walking 3-4 miles a day, etc are good things things to be involved in. These things will keep you from drinking too much or doing too many drugs. I am not immune and find myself smoking more pot as my trips grow longer.

As far as trying to get different services from the girls in the casas, the answer almost always starts the same. Before you pull a girl, talk to her aside and explain what you are looking for. Let her know that if you cum in the first 5 minutes that you are not done. You can also try to avoid your most sensitive positions until the end but this may not work. Offering a small tip might help also. Make sure to take a little Viagra so you can continue. As Legal Tender alluded to in a recent post, be respectful and use your charm and you will get what you want from these girls. Once you find your "Fav 5" they will get used to your needs and you won't have a problem.

Good for you that you gave up drinking here. You were lasting longer in Thailand most likely because of alcohol. There are things that you can do in this day and age to address it without destroying your liver. I am not a doctor but here are things that work.

Some Antidepressants (of class SSRIs) work very well. Example Paxil or Lexapro. Almost no side effects other than some nausea.

Smoking pot is very effective. Even a little bit helps.

Lastly, Viagra. For hard to explain reason, all Viagra type drugs prolong time to finish. This is scientifically proven. How well it works depends on the individual.

In general I am not a fan of facebook but I have no choice since I don"t use whatsapp. Anyway, even though there can be dozens of pics on facebook it is hard to tell how the girl looks in real life. When my girl arrived, she looked very different. The girl stepping out of the taxi is beyond cute. She is a stunner (IMHO). She looked so much better in person. After spending two enjoyable nights at the Mansion playing with the controls of the dildo machine and a girl riding it at the Mansion bar, and having a two on one as well. Scott arrived ready to explore the town and see what I had to show him as well as have a date night! We did Centro and all the varieties of girls and action that goes along with it as well as the Barrios and parks where the girls hang and of course Lleras Zona Rosa.
