Thanks for some of the responses, guys. From what I've read, as of now it might make more sense to stick with the Makati and potentially Subic scenes (since most has seemingly relocated from AC.) I think I'm going to head up around the 25th of this month for 10-14 days.

Perhaps I'm biased in being a permanent resident that has been living here since pre-covid, but I do not see any the country opening up en mass to international tourists anytime soon. Yes, they have begun allowing vaccinated tourists from green countries in, but my understanding is they are still subject to daily arrival limits while still prioritizing OFW's and Filipino citizens. Perhaps they will try to roll-out a re-opening similar to Phuket-where select tourist destinations reopen because it's easier to vaccinate the local populations as opposed to areas like the NCR and Cebu. My guess is that Palawan and Boracay would be opened as a trial run. In general, the vaccination drive has not been going very well here. Further complicating things is the issue that many other countries are already experiencing in regards to breakthrough with the Sinovac vaccine. I was fortunate enough to be vaccinated with Pfizer here in Davao, but in general the equitable access to quality vaccines is going to be a potential road block in regards to tourism resuming at a level we have become accustomed to (in regards to the people making the decisions.) I truly hope I'm wrong, but seeing as I haven't been able to walk into a restaurant or supermarket in roughly 16 months (minus a brief 3 week break,) I am not optimistic. The country could definitely use a boost of cash from vacationing foreigners, there's no doubt about that.

Is anyone else currently in country that might be interested in showing the ropes up in the Luzon bar scene? The "bars" here have all been repurposed into massage parlors and they are chock full of new and naive talent. I expect that will be a recurring theme at girl bars throughout the country.

As suggested on this board, it appears to have barfines, which I am not aware of in NCR. The reporting out of Burgos so far shows a few re-purposed bars being turned into resto's only.

Regarding Malate. LAC has been re-purposed similarly. GPoint is not open. The KTV bars in K-town (Adriatico, Mabini) are mostly closed still and those that are re-opened are similarly re-purposed (and mostly empty at night; last night I walked into one that is open on Mabini at 11 pm, no customers, just a loud area with socially-distanced seats). There is, at this point, no point-shoot places where you can choose a girl and go get a hotel. I am also not aware of accommodations in the area that will allow multiple guests (either together, or serially, you have to register guests in advance).

The main ST places, Sogo and Victoria Court, have minimum stays usually of 10 hours (on occasion I have gotten 6 at Sogo, but usually limited to 10 or 12 hours which costs more), at about p1000. Eurotel Pedro Gil told me they are not doing ST. There are Pension houses in the area, but are hit / miss; you must go 12 hours (price can be cheap, p600), but 1 guest (some will allow 2), guests must show valid eye dee at almost all places now (and boy, does THAT reduce the number of available girls), and they can be full -- forcing you to go walking to find another. Reddoorz (each location, so far) has taken not only my eye dee, they take the eye dee of every girl I bring in (returning the eye dees upon checkout). One day Reddoorz refused the Police Clearance eye dee of my girl, not disputing that it was a real police clearance, but saying that it was not a valid eye dee. Reddoorz, Sogo, and VC can also be full at any time of the day. VC one day asked for p4 k for a 12-hour ST room; those kind of prices hint at a shortage of ST room availability.

The ST pensionne houses can be quite low-brow. A child's bed, 1 skinny plastic pillow, 6' x 9' room, separate shower / toilet room (no toilet seat) with a pipe sticking out of the wall about chest-height you can run a stream of cold water to shower, no sink, no mirror, bottom bed sheet but no top sheet or blanket, 1 towel provided (extra towel for extra pay, or not at all available), cement walls with "09943334 xxxx ask Patricia" or a dick drawn on the wall, floors / walls / ceilings cement. Cockroaches the size of your thumb that don't show up until you are in the middle of the ditty. You are rogering her doggy when the little brown bastardo scurries right towards her, head-on, face to face. She shrieks, jumps off the bed and runs into the CR and jumps onto the seat-less toilet, shrieking "COCK ROAAAAAACH! COCK ROAAAAAACH!" Your manhood begins to decompose when the little brown bastardo reacquires a new target: You. Well, that's what I heard might happen. Bring your own mouthwash and soap, and keep your shoes on!

Do yourself a favor, go to Subic. If the gogo bars are operating, then the hotels are allowing multiple guests. Other gents in the NCR weigh in please.

I was in the province for a year of Covid, and only during ECQ times was alcohol banned in the restos or supermarkets. Same in Manila. I bought wine for friends at the supermarket a few days ago. That is separate from various Brgy which ban alcohol from time to time.

It's worth noting that my city is the jurisdiction of princess Duterte, so there's likely some overcompensating for the mismanagement of quarantines and consistently bad Covid #'s in Davao. I still haven't encountered a salient argument as to why Davaweños are any different from other Filipinos though in regards to drinking habits. It's been an outright liquor ban for all of Davao for wayyy too long. Silver lining: I've started brewing my own beers / alcoholic beverages and baking my own bread?

My tip isn't necessarily limited to only 2 weeks, it would just be a matter of finding coverage for my dog for an extended amount of time. It's not like I currently have anything else better to. In general, the point and shoot nature of the places I haven't visited is what interests me, although I'm not opposed to doing some work. I've been around Cebu and Davao long enough that I have plenty experience in both. I have no problem buying drinks and connecting over the course of a few hours, exchanging #'s, and then meeting a girl once she's off duty or on her day off. I'm also happy buying my 2-3 drinks and paying a barfine. I just figure the overall amount of talent would be greater in those areas as opposed to Cebu and Davao. Maybe just Subic should be my primary focus, dabbled in with some AC and NCR. I've heard Sogo is generally a good option, and I'm not going to hand ring over a 12 hour rate as long as I can do my business (even though it is admittedly not ideal.) I'd rather just pay the money and be comfortable instead of dealing with the problems you have listed with some places (been there, don't have much desire to do it again.) Brings back memories of some of the ST hotels in Butuan and Mangagoy!

Interesting thoughts and appreciate the time taken to pen it down. I'm out of Philippines and can't wait to return, but looks like 2021 is a wash. 2022 may change but considering the lack of work opportunities I see more WG in the business when things open up.

Accommodations are going to be expensive as sharing of more than 2 in a room may be prohibited. That could inflate cost of mongering. But most of the youngsters have been deprived of sex for last two years, getting a educated sex deprived chic for free is certain if you know how to connect and converse. Is my understanding right?

With the work from anywhere opportunity, evaluating if I can work from PH for few months (3-4). Need some guidance from senior members:

Can I keep renewing my tourist visa and be there during my stay.

I plan to take a serviced apartment, but at the same time don't see a need to be in Makati. Bit outside I guess should be fine. Any preferred locations and any idea on the rental for one / two bedroom condo would be helpful.

Lastly I'm not keen on getting a WG, instead looking to have a live in partner for the entire period. I know it has pros and cons, but that appears more appealing to me. How difficult or easy to get one.

Per the British Government and British Airways, no four BA pilots have recently died, either of COVID or anything else. Please do a quick google search and you will find many reports debunking this. Same of the claim that Pfizer causes Prion diseases. Yet more bunk that with a bit of googling you would have found. You would have found that one, and only one research paper, a short, three page paper from a J Bart Classen, a well known favorite of the anti-vax idiots, published. That paper has been disproved already for poor science and false or misleading information. Yet more bunk, you state vaccines don't work, well, they do, and people have known this since at least the late 1700's since George Washington himself had the US continental army inoculated. They did not know the process, but the knew if you pricked someone with smallpox with a pin and then pricked someone without, they would, usually, develop a mild case of smallpox and then be immune to it.

There is not 100% perfection of anything. You inoculate millions of people, a percent will die because a percent will die everyday even if related to the vaccine or no, no matter which flavor of vaccine you take. Jumping on these deaths and claiming vaccine related is just more false information. And yes, there is very, very small chance that any vaccine, no matter how carefully created, tested, and studied, can still cause problems. But it is the percentage that is important. You are taking a FAR, FAR greater risk going to work than you are from any vaccine. T.

Hope Philippines open by end of October. Trip meticulously planned using airline and hotel credits from last year. Lined up few new girls as well as old favorites including big boobs (attached pic) who is married now but still wants a romp with me. Virgin girl waiting (pic) . Got some normal girls in Thailand lined up (hard to do) . Istanbul trip on the way for sightseeing and see if I get lucky. Certainly want torture massage there which is famous. The remaining doses will be held until all of the above are serviced and by then the doses will have expired. I feel it will be like the donated rice of the last typhoon which was allowed to rot instead of being given out.

The government has been running a consistent, ever more pervasive campaign to get as many people vaccinated as possible and appears to have strictly targeted specific populations in priority order. I have a friend here who's from one of the richest, most influential families in the city, and even she could not get vaccinated until it was her turn to do so.

Due to having a medical condition that puts me at increased risk I was seen as being more urgent to be vaccinated than many locals I know who registered at least a month before me. Both times I went the delivery of jab was efficient, there were no opportunities for people to queue jump as every stage was regulated.
