Just make sure if you really want to have a long time session is to choose wisely. How do you do that? I've been doing this a long time and maybe my perception is better than most, I don't know. Personally I'm not into the Thai gogo system and don't mind the barfine situation here in Angeles. To me, it tends to raise the prices overall with negotiate on your own in a gogo scene. I've not had to do this often but am prepared to do it if need be. I'm not worried about third world anything. I've been to 60 countries in my life. Some a dozen times.
