Not like a zona bar such as HK. If you are looking to try your pick up skills there are more centralized places near hotel Ticuan.

It's way far out in La Mesa past the Walmart. 7 de Copas is nothing like Las Pulgas. It's set up like Chavelas or Tropical. The talent is atrocious. Fat and old is the theme there. If you want to try other non-zona bars try Marabu, Rokamar or Cueva Peludo.
On the main truck road along the border from the airport heading West mid way into El Centro, there are a few bars.
One place is a combined Pizzeria and bar, easy to find. It was written up in this thread.
There were a few women sitting at tables at dinner time, not eating or drinking, looking out to the street. They are the local flavor, available for dates. I found a few sweet-looking girls there.

I think the only reason the Uber driver recommended it is because of the distance and higher fare. The one time I visited was primetime on a weekend. The crowd was actually pretty decent. There were a good amount of chicas. Problem was they were all a combination of old, fat and ugly. This place is actually owned by the HK group. Back in the day HK chicas that misbehaved were often exiled to 7 de Copas as punishment. I wish that was still the case today as there would be a handful of bangable HK girls. But trust me the talent is Hacienda-level just at 25 x the volume, which if you think about it it's not a good thing.

They do swear by 7 de Copas being a good place.
The hot edecanes at soccer games and bull fights are all skinny and cute, no gorditas. Gorditas can never make it to paid edecanes.
Chubelas is full of round, rotund and obese chicas, rarely a skinny girl. They mostly dance with rancheros, rarely go to the hotel to get fucked.
Outlying bars on the East side have mostly old, heavy women, but I had found angelic-looking young spinners on occasions.

I am traveling to San Diego for business and might get a quick visit down to Tijuana the first week of September. It seems the weather is fairly consistent all times of year. When do you folks plan to next visit down in Tijuana?
I will be in Tijuana tomorrow for two days. Planning on doing all the strip bars on the Main Street.
Once I get a lady do the bars are private rooms for the session or, do I need to get an hourly rate motel?

Many of us, myself included are go often to Tijuana, I spent this past Monday and Tuesday and enjoyed it during a weekday with less crowds in HK and other bars, it gets to be a sausage fest on weekends.

The chica will help coordinate the room. Just be aware during negotiations that her fee will not include the room. If it's HK, she'll take you to Cascadas, literally, right next door. You'll have to pay for the room. I think it's still $17 for 30 minutes. That amount of time is standard. So anything more than 30 minutes needs to be negotiated with the chica and the hotel.

Wondering if there is a tab with dental / medical referrals, and if not, should one be created.
(That's why posting this under 'General Reports' not 'Dental referrals'.
Necessity is the mother of invention, so was hoping to get some advice regarding a good dentist who does crowns, root canals, and such stuff.
(Just had a root canal done in San Diego, to be followed by a crown; total cost around USD $2000, with my portion around USD $1000; this is with insurance, BTW, and a good one too)!
Seriously thinking about positioning myself such that I can 'fade off' US dental care, and be 100% Tijuana dental care.

Search Yelp for reviews. I personally know 2 people that were very happy using them.
I highly support sharing more of this type of information in the general thread. It is a big part of the Tijuana experience.
I live down here so I am happy to help with referrals for different services.
