Try Sosua if you want to do independently and have friends. It may not be safe if you are alone. As far as adult resorts are considered, try Black Beard in Puerto Plata. It needs time and one night stands do happen only when you are extremely drunk or or you are extremely desperate.
As a rule of thumb I avoid colleagues due to conflict of interest at work. Best way is to bait them out for dinner at home or take them out on drives.

Hyderabad looks very dry, I think Bangalore is way better but some guys are increasing prices and making it expensive. Shifted to Hyderabad a month ago. Looking for good Indies here. And guys who want to spend 15 K or 20 K per shot. I suggest you to go for a 4 day trip to Pattaya as you guys have good amount of money. I can help you how to plan and go. Please don't increase prices by giving what ever they need. After watching Hyderabad forum I am thinking of renewing my membership.
