Management has everything to do with the gal's attitude and performance. They set the standard. If management does not insist the gals deliver a high level of service, they won't. I think the trend over the past few years is to not be as demanding. Why? Because in order to get and maintain a staff that looks decent, management cannot be as strict. There are far more oilies and competition for gals is quite fierce.
