HQ has been closed since 29th November 2008, and heard the Decibel will be ask to leave soon too.

Jefery, you are right, I was at Decibel today, and the boy/girl ratio was abyssimal - for the first time, I did not score at Samrat.
I would have posted more, but it seems you guys have covered it all in the NCR scene, and there are rather few tips for me to post.
I recently got a email from one of my buddies in Dubai. He mentioned one of the houses I used to visit back when I was in Dubai. I asked him about which all ladies were still there. He mentioned someone new was at the helm and he had received a call from this new madam asking him why he was not visiting. He was surprised when she referred my name as the guy who had introduced him to that house. And she asked him where I was.
Obviously they are keeping a black book of all customers and probably the rates that they charged that customer the last time he visited. No wonder people get stuck paying more if they did not bargain the first time and handed over whatever they were asked to pay.
When I read my mates' email that they were still accepting my name as reference I felt weird. I have not been in dubai now for more then 3 years. And yet it seems I can walk into that house without any problems. Let us see. Maybe some day I will walk in there. Although all my fav girls must be gone by now. But that house had a reputation for girls with nice hooters, pretty girls and great, unmatched service from the girls.

Hi fellow mongers, happy new year to you all. After mongering experiences in China, korea, thai & other asian countries, I had almost restricted myself from delhi callgirls.
