You are correct about the purpose of this site, or at least the intended purpose; however, the videos on Mentuition merely look like infomercials to subscribe to their paid site. They know a lot of information about things like guest friendly accommodations but only offer the information if you're a paying member.
There is tons of free information on their Patreon maybe they took it down recently but they do also give out good info and updates on CTG on their live YouTube show. Many creators have resorted to off key sites like Rumble and even paywalled websites like Patreon because YouTube is too sensitive. I would suspect that if Rumble ever gets popular they will censor and take down videos as well.
And then of course sometimes information will also cost you money. This website is full of great information but we all had to pay to be apart of it.
Let me know what information you want and maybe I can help or recommend other places you can get info from.

In town for 9 days.
I'm in Cartagena for the next 9 days. I generally go after "normal" looking women. Meaning if you can tell they are working, I'm not interested. I generally look for women that want to hang out, dance, are fun to be around and are attractive to me (cute face first, then nice ass, boobs are a bonus), but I have no issue with less attractive women that are cool and fun to be around.
I have zero interest in a chica whose only goal is to get back to your room and spend an hour and then leave. No how matter how fantastic she looks. I'm also not really price conscious, I will pay much more than the going rate for a cool lady that wants to hang out, have some drinks and dance. I live in Seattle and a fat, ugly woman with a poor attitude is $500, so while it seems some guys here are complaining about paying $100. I have no issues with paying that and more (I do have a limit, I don't want the drive up the prices).
Anyway, if someone is in town and is somewhat like minded, message me a,nd we can go out looking together.

Thanks
CK thanks for asking and this is a great question! Rather than add zero value to your question like this Nypher guy likes to do. I will actually help you.
If you are traveling to CTG for your first time, the Walled City or Boca Grande would be best if you want to be close to the action. The Walled City will have a lot of street walkers once the sun goes down and night clubs. You can also check out Club Omnia or Club Cattleya (the new Dolce Vita) in the Walled City.
If you stay in Boca Grande I would suggest hitting up Playa Hollywood (Hollywood Beach) during the day and hitting the streets of Boca Grande at night. There are usually working women walking around everywhere.
AirBnB is typically better but you need to make sure the place is guest friendly which is harder and harder to find nowadays. Check your DMs and I will send you some places that are good to stay at.
Thanks, man,
Send me that list of Air BNB's. I got my tickets, I just got to get the place now. The longer I wait the more I miss out. LOL.

Clock Tower
The clock tower area has dozens of police and very few girls. The police seem to be chasing off the girls in that area. The streets inside the walls near the clock tower have quite a few girls walking around and some even approached us. That said, there were police officers everywhere on those streets and some were even walking down the street taking the entire street width about fifteen abreast.
Does anyone know if the caliwood bar on hollywood beach is open again??
This place is a staple on Hollywood Beach and yes it is still open. From what I understand the new mayor is cracking down on the beach, there are police there, and it closes at 6 PM everyday. I heard the beach was closed a few weeks ago entirely but Caliwood is 100% still there and so are the chicas.

I heard the beach was closed a few weeks ago entirely but Caliwood is 100% still there and so are the chicas.
I'm in Cartagena right now and probably did the stupidest thing ever. I walked from my Airbnb in El Cabrero to Hollywood Beach. I've been here a few times now and had never been to Hollywood Beach, so since it has been meihere, I thought I'd check it out.
My first act of stupidity was choosing to walk. I do walk a little to stay healthy and figured that the 3+ miles walk would be good for me. That would be fine if I wasn't in such a miserably hot place. I brought a half gallon of water with me which was gone after mile 2. I literally thought I was going to die but I was completely soaked in sweat and couldn't get into someone's Uber without thoroughly pissing them off.
So, I get to Hollywood Beach. Disappointing is an understatement. That place sucked. I was harassed to no end. People wanting to find me chicas, to sell me illegal substances, massages from gross women to food you couldn't pay me to eat. It was constant and unending. As far as people (and I'm sorry if this offends some of you) it was basically groups of trashy men leering at the few women that were there whose bikinis probably would have looked great on them about 30 - 40 lbs ago. I understand everyone has a "type" but I think the vast majority of us would not have found the women attractive. Also, I shouldn't have to say this, but men, socks and sandals should never occur. Socks and sandals on the beach is simply stupid.
Which gets me back to my 3rd bit of stupidity. I lasted about 15 minutes at the beach and figured ID relax and have a drink before I Uber back. I somehow got turned around and ended up walking circles around Bocagrande. So the tally:
5. 4 miles walking (per my phone).
0 hot women; about 15-20 total.
About 100 men leering at them.
3 hours wasted.
Never again.
Other than that it has been pretty productive. Went to a couple massage places for a great massage with happy ending. They have to work on their marketing though. The message with happy ending is $50-80 and during the massage, the try and upsell sex for $100 more; in one case it was $100 for a BJ and $200 for sex. I didn't tell her, but for that much money, I can just close my eyes and pretend the happy ending is a BJ or sex, the result is going to be the same.
Went to the strip club last night, it's a good time. There are rooms in the back for sex and it's 450 mil pesos for sex. Prices for drinks are similar to the prices in the walled city.
Also, has a woman back to my room each night.
Monday was a really, really cute 19 YO I found on mileroticos. $60/ HR to my room. As with all of the younger ones, she was lame. Was "ticklish" and really couldn't do much with her because she was "too ticklish". Eventually booted her from the room (nicely). It was $60 and I don't have the energy to deal with BS.
Tuesday, ran into a natural redhead in the street. Texted her at 3 am and she literally was at my door within 5 minutes $100 + 20 mil pesos can. As expected with a redhead, she could fuck.
Wednesday, after strip club passed someone that I saw at one of the nightclubs in the street. She was drunk. Immediately latched on to me and we had incredible drunken sex until she demanded that I do her doggy. I'm going to be honest. I'm short and old. I can do doggy if they are 4-5 inches shorter than me. Otherwise, I have to get in these weird positions and get cramps and shit. I'll do prone bone. Doggy, too painful. So, she started arguing with me and I ended the session. One thing I love about Latin America is that if you don't finish, they take it personally. She kept demanding I get back and finish and I'm like, "nope, I'm done.". She angrily got dressed and left. I did give her a 50 mil pesos tip and her attitude changed (but I normally tip 100 pesos).
One thing I got from all three girls is that they have to fight with guys to get their money. All three said positive things when they saw I had their money out for them before we started. They all basically said American men always want to argue about prices after they are done. I know the guys that do that shit won't care, but this work ain't fun for them. They have families. $100 ain't shit in the US give them their money.

As a result the sandal digs into their soft skin of the foot. The socks are worn to protect their feet from the roughness of the sandal, which they have not broken in yet. Generally, they wear socks for themselves and their comfort, not for your viewing pleasure. My deceased mother was one who wore socks in her sandals, and she explained the reason. Now you know. In addition, the socks absorb foot sweat and perspiration in a very hot climate, keeping the bottom of their sandal soft and wick the moisture away from their foot. And they do not give a shit what you think about their foot comfort, so why are you complaining about them! You, my friend, are the one they think are stupid. Touche.
2. Answer a. Ask Obama's security detail why they all got fired. The women did not discuss price when they agreed to spend the night and had to argue about about the money in the morning. They thought they were worth more than the security detail though and complained to the police. Answer be. Many women do not perform as agreed. They are quick to promise everything, then in the room they go straight for your frig / mini bar food and drinks, like its free for them to take whatever they please without having to ask. Then the women refuse to do BBBJ, which should be basic. If no BBBJ right away, I suggest they leave right away empty handed, and they normally comply. Answer see. If you feel sorry for the hoe and her family, then you should be a social worker and not a monger. You are a "Savahoe". Yes that's the term for someone who wants others to feel sorry for the hoe. Why don't you bring some of your hard earned money from the US and give $100 freely to Savahoe or two.

Every beach that I have been to in Colombia has police and closes at 6 pm. That has nothing to do with any cracking down.

When I am in other countries I think about that country's currency. Dollars or what something would cost somewhere else comes nowhere near my mind.
In Colombia it costs 40,000 pesos to keep a child all night. If some chick tells you she needs to pay a babysitter 300,000 or even 100,000 that may sound good if you were in USA, but you are not in USA and that person would be either playing you for a fool or is playing the role of a hooker without trying to come out and say she is a hooker.
Just ask normal people how much things cost if you do not know and use that as a guide. I have been in some parts of Colombia and hired drivers all day for $40 after negotiating. I did not say the first 10 minutes in the USA would be $40 so I should be happy to give them $100 in Colombia.

Don't wait until you're done and make up excuses for not paying the full amount. Do you do you go to restaurants and decide how much you want to pay after you eat? Do you go to the barber and start arguing about the price you agreed on after it done? Then why is it okay here? It's not $100 bucks or $50 bucks or whatever locals pay, it's the fact you agreed to a price and then went back on your word after she did her job. That's simply shitty and inexcusable.

But as HH pointed out, it is most of the time these chicks that change the deal or do not make a deal, but still have expectations on what you should give.
It is like if you ask for cheese on your burger and you pay for cheese on your burger, then the cashier comes and says no cheese for you. I do not know many people that would say nevermind and just walk out of the door having paid for something and not getting it.
There was also a time I was in Dominican Republic buying fish and I kept asking for a price and the guy kept saying do not worry about it. When I finished eating, he came with a price double of what it actually costs anywhere else. I told him F you and paid the price I knew it to be everywhere else.

I think I mentioned before that I live in Seattle. A fat ugly woman with a shitty attitude is $300. Even the crackheads are charging $350. To get anything like you see here you are easily upwards of $500. So, when I get an attractive 19 YO, that is "ticklish" for $60. I think I still got a hot 19 YO, who won't let me do anything but fuck her, then it's just $60. I have zero issues walking over $60. Sometimes I get screwed over, but in Latin America it's really rare that I encounter that. At least for me, most women I encounter seem to hold up their end of the bargain. I mentioned drunk chick on Wednesday who kept insisting I do doggy when I didn't want to. When I ended the session, she was adamant that I finish and argued with me for about 5 minutes before she got dressed and left angry that I didn't leche. Shit, at home, she would've ran out the door before I changed my mind.
I think when I'm in Sosua service is a little worse. But shit I'm paying $40-50 bucks. At that price, just hold still and I'm good.

They do not have menus with prices. When you are going to leave the island they will charge you about 10 X the regular price. And the Colombian girl you are with will always support the Colombians and tell you to pay them whatever they ask. Bad experience and memories. We learn from experience.
