These are basically brothels where the girls also strip and give lap dances. Given everything is out in the open legally unlike in the USA they don't have to play the vip and dance games like places in the usa.

There are no private vip area for dances (at least not that I'm aware of). You're still in the regular club area with other patrons all around who can see everything. There could still be just regular patrons sitting in the "lap dance" area too since those are the seats they usually give to guys buying buckets / bottles especially on busy nights. So if the club is extremely busy it's possible those seats could be totally occupied in which case your only option is getting a dance at whatever seat you were already sitting at.

You can feel up the girls during the dances. Some girls will be ok with you fingering them, licking their tits / pussy, or grabbing your dick during the dance too, but that can vary from girl to girl. As for how much time I don't know. It's usually like 4-5 songs, but I've honestly never counted.
