I think being in Yokohama helps keep Kira Kira's low and contributes to them being a good value. I was blown away my first two times, but I did run into a dud later. So even though I think it is a great shop and would repeat, it is going to depend on the girl as always. You were able to increase your chances by researching ranking your options. For me, I was in Yokohama anyways and could not predict my schedule so I always went in blind. I had low expectations which helped.

Thanks for speaking up. You researched a girl and one way or another they couldn't supply her. It is a tough situation to be in since you are already there. They did not handle this correctly in multiple ways. With other agencies when a girl couldn't make it, they contacted me early and apologetically saying she would be late an hour. I said no problem, and adjusted my plans easily since it was well ahead of time. I never had a single cancellation out of 9 tries among different agencies, between TAE, Gingira, or Arigatou. Your tip on red flags has saved me before. I passed by Barubola soapland 20 times on my way to oppai pubs and back, so one time I popped in out of curiosity. Some of that is just a matter of staff training. For example at Kira Kira soapland in Yokohama, staff don't speak a word of English but have been foreigner friendly for years even before Covid. My first time they simply wanted to first know what country I was from. I'm from the US, so they gave me an English form of the rules. They also had Chinese and Korean forms. Unfortunately, pure English speakers have fewer choices like Luxe for oppai pubs. 22 years ago, there was almost no English information on oppai pubs. Zero on Nagoya. So I wrote some posts on them which are still there today. A few other people took interest and wrote their own better guides. But even 22 years later there are just a handful of reviews. It is mostly still word of mouth. In 2003 it used to be I'd be the only foreign customer "in a week" or "in a month" or ever for some girls. The girl I saw "before shift" was actually from a girl's bar I did not review. In general, meeting before going to a shop is called "Dohan shukkin" (伴通勤). No. The most similar spots in Kawasaki and Yokohama were all demolished over a decade ago. The biggest and best 'open house' shops are in Tobita.
