I am searching for an hotel which will not ask for 'security' $$ to pass a girl in my room as I will most probably invite a Mamba girl to my room.

And if possible a bar where I could pick up a girl in case I am tired to search the last 2 days in the streets or internet.

The 30 to 40 $ per night is a very good deal, if you know other hotels with better girls and no annoyances from bringing external girls just tell me.

You have noted an upward change in price in UAH during the course of just a few days, so it isn't possible to predict for how long these bargains will last into the future. But it's a clear bargain for now as long as you make sure to only pay for services in Ukrainian hryvna (UAH)! I am regular in Odessa (do not know what the situation in Kiev is) but for before going rate for 1. 5 - 2. 5 hours with a pro from Mamba who will visit you was 800 grn plus taxi which with the old exchange rate (8 grn=1 usd) was about 100 USD. Girls are still available for 800 grn but other are requesting the same 100 USD which is now about 2,400 grn. I guess the girls are still asking the 800 grn as local mongers are not paying in USD.

Odessa really became a cheap place to visit but maybe it will change soon as the restaurants, hotels, clubs and girls get their prices adjusted to the new realities. Just take a look at booking. Com to see how cheap you can get a hotel room in some hotels but others got a lot more expensive. I was in my favorite restaurant on a Monday and they never adjusted the prices in the menu meaning that I got a starter, big steak and chesecake plus 2 beers and coffee for 440 grn which is as little as 14 USD (a few weeks ago the exchange rate was 30 grn=1 usd but now dropped to abiut 24 grn=1 usd) as this was a really bargain I came again the next day but now there was a menu card with adjusted prices and whilst my favorite steak was 220 grn before it was 600 grn.

I see that the prices in the bars and clubs are about the same BUT imported alcohol is the triple price now in grn but about the same as before when counting in USD.

A few words about the clubs in Arkadia and the forthcoming summer: It is true as Crimea is gone Odessa is the only really beach resort in Ukraine now. However, a large part of the visitors were from Russia (and some of them girls who where looking for financing of their parties and vacation in return of services) and I think there will not be many Russians visiting this year.

Another point: Security. It is really a good time to visit Ukraine as you can get a good bargain due to the fluctuation in the exchange rates BUT security is a real issue. In Odessa bombs are maybe not "common" but at least weekly events, political active peoples apartments, army recruitment offices, cargo trains and also the branches of "PrivatBank" is a target (The owner of PrivatBank is a rich man running his own army fighting against the rebels in the East to regain control over his coalmines.) and most scary for me was one time about a month ago when I was leaving and waiting in the airport and suddenly we were evacuated from the terminal as a suspicious device was found. F. Hell. It turned out to be a real bomb but it was placed at one of the private jets always parked on the field and also belonging to one of the olegags. Security is an issue to think about.

That said, people have recommended the McDonalds near Gidropark. A couple of people mentioned the bridge near the Hydropark as well. Forum members have pointed to Shevcheko Blvd either at the top of the hill or toward the bottom, depending on who posted the report. Some people have had success on Khreshatic. "Every evening on Khreschatyk St. There were girls to be found". While credible members have also mentioned the police aim to keep working girls off that street. "All those cops you saw, they are there to keep working girls and drunks off Khreshatic. " A couple of posters mentioned the area around the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and the Kiev Zoo "after passing the 'Victory Avenue' once you past the Shevchenko blvd".

Some travelers have had luck asking a taxi driver to just take them to find street girls.

As you would expect, winter is not a great time to find streetwalkers, you may not have the best luck outside of summer. It seems like many of the places mentioned are not good till around midnight.

I asked two separate reception desk people if there was any problem having guests up to the room. Both said there was no problem. There is security in the lobby as well as doormen (occasionally) and they never batted an eye when I brought ladies back or on one occasion, two at once.

There is a coffee shop / bar off the lobby. I only once saw a lone lady there in the evening. I stopped and chatted when she smiled and made eye contact, but she was much older than I was interested in trying. The property also houses a strip joint, but I never set foot in it. It has a separate entrance, so no cross traffic from it comes though the hotel.

Location of the Dnipro is excellent, room was just fine, though I did see on Tripadvisor reviews where some people got rooms they didn't like. Breakfast buffet was good, though not outstanding. Some of the people working there had good customer service attitudes and some didn't.

Back in Kiew for only 2 nights at Hilton. New Hotel but guess it's green?

Brought a girl to the lounge & got drinks for an afternoon delight. Took another girl to the pool & jacuzzi.
