But there are no absolute guarantees.

I think it is about 50/50 the quality people I meet to the others, it is unfortunate but part of that Carnival atmosphere.

Pre judging guys in a mongering hoe seeking environment is a waste of time and money for those who go anywhere.
I agree with you Charles.
I personally have no problem judging anybody. Some may not like it. Those that don't like being judged are more than likely on the social asshole side of the mongering spectrum anyway.
With out a doubt this, and most mongering venues for that matter, are loaded with guys who think they are better than the hoars they frequent and there-in lies the problem. Well, I got news for them, they ain't. That is, for every 'dirty low life ho' they see she will attract a low life monger (their self). Now there is nothing wrong with that until the one pot thinks the other kettle ain't black.
Now once you are around long enough, had enough contact and observed how other mongers operate, you quickly realize there are just as may mongers that are out to fuck over the girls as there are girls to fuck over the monger.
I don't think the ratio of jerk mongers to respectable mongers is 50% though. My guess is somewhere around 4 goods for every jerk.

First a couple of facts I rarely go to Passions and this is the only time I pulled a girl from there because I think the prices are to high for Sosua and obviously Peter does not know me.
Went in with an expat friend of mine and found a real nice looking girl. Through my expat who knows everyone we found out she had only been working about 7 days at Passions. She was a little standoffish and my expat friend told me to leave her alone but she was hot and was giving me a great big smile. I told her I would return at 10 and if she was still there I would take her for the night. Came back at 10 got a great vibe from her and took her out. What a mistake! Got her back to the room and she had all kinds of rules, I stopped everything and we did nothing, I thought I had just picked up some dumb escort off of backpage. For the kinda of money Passions charges I thought fuck this and took her back. Peter came out the side door and before I could get a word in edge wise was calling me a liar. I was trying to explain to him the problems and that for the amount of money spent we mongers expect a level of performance that can not be guaranteed on the street, IMO the only reason you would go and pay the prices at Passions. I told him all of this! He went back and forth from inside and outside appearing to try to work it out. I told him I didn't want my money back I just wanted another girl. He said the problem was that the girl had been working there for a while and never had any problems with anyone, well what he didn't know was that I knew the girl was new to Passions and I called him on it. He once again went back into the club and at this point I had enough I told the security guard I would move on and just eat the 60 bucks and I was leaving and just at that point Peter came out and told me to relax and come in and select another girl, the damn guy even bought me a beer. The girl I ended up getting was excellent. So after dealing with alot of BS I was treated well by Peter.
A couple of observations:
1- Your never getting your money back IMO, you maybe able to trade out provided you haven't actually done the act, so think trade and you will be better off and may have a chance. If you have done the act and arent happy forget about and and move on.
2- If it is one of his girls that has worked there a long time and he has never had any problems with her your screwed even if she is having a bad night.
3- I met this really creepy guy that told me he also took a girl back to Passions that he was having problems with and Peter told him to fuck off, this is the problem Peter has to deal with the level of creeps that want refunds because the girls didn't satisfy their strange fantasy.
Bottom line in my case Peter treated and handled my situation well! I feel a girl that has a ton of problems will not work there long because he realize where the problem lies but as described below it doesnt guarantee a great experience either.

He did not accept your complaint initially, but after a lot of back and forth he came to the conclusion you were an honest guy with a genuine complaint. In seven years I have only met a dozen or so out of hundreds and I have made many good friends among ex-pat and visiting mongers. The 50% figure was Hillybilly69's, not mine. My point was simply that there are enough scammers around for Peter not to be able to take anyone's complaint at face value. Doker's excellent post below describes one way Peter might come to a decision.
