The options out there are:

1. Models, two-bit actresses, porn stars.

2. Indies.

3. Brothel type arrangements and MPs.

4. Pick-up joints, discos, dance and regular bars.

The model / actress option is very rarely exercised by me since most are scams and, as eatpraylove had pointed out, may not be a great GFE.
