My two cents.[/QUOTE]Yeah I agree, that was my initial thought when I met my friend in the quarantined facility, I was horny as hell during those 2 weeks and I thought about inviting my friend to my room, we even talked about that as a joke, to sneak-in and chill in eachother's room, she was staying in the floor below me so it wouldn't have been impossible to sneak-in without getting caught. But of course there was always in my mind that she might be infected since she was coming from China, I even google her hometown to see how many cases they had, LOL, hahahaha that's how horny I was!. BUT at the end I decided just to get her number and meeting her after the 14 days quarantine when I know for sure she doesn't have covid from her trip.

I am sure this have been mentioned here. Covid positive test can take 4 to 42 days after exposure. Maybe due to sample taking differences, infection during quarantine, just individual immune systems differences or some other reason. I always assume that when I travel, I might get infected. I always prepare to be stranded for a month somewhere.

The problem is how to not endanger your loved ones and previous close ones. Each trip is at 6 - 10 weeks, to be safe.

Even vaccinated you can still catch covid, where the difference is, its that you are far better protected against severe forms.

But you can be tested positive.

And in a country with only lets say 20% vaccinated, many, many, vaccinated will continue to be tested positive, especially with delta variant.

The only solution for them is to reach 80% vaccinated to reduce the number of contamination.

And being positive doesn't mean being seriously ill.

Here's hoping that the recent easing of travel into the US will spur the opening of countries worldwide, especially the motherland--the phils. The Phils especially, seems to unfailingly imitate any trend from the US so lets hope. Life in these first world countries is definitely boring and I for one am ready for a PI trip.
