I don't know if Rua Alvaro de Carvalho, 107 fits your description. I find that there are some interesting offers in Tatuape on Photoacompanhantes, and they are more often than not real. I had a dupla booked there. You go in the main lobby and sit down. They call the available girls in and they come to you one by one and tell you their name and hug you and a kiss on the cheek. Then you tell the manager which one you want and you go with her to the room. You can ask for 1/2 or 1 hour. My last hour on a credit card came out to 200 reai. And it was worth it! She will probably want you to shower before and she will also.
I have been to Panda in Rio. Many trips to Scandollo and Tangara etc. , have a trip coming up mid April. 3 friends are going. Creating some list of girls from Seeking. Boy they all want $1000 (USD). I think there maybe a 15 minutes option too but I never confirm that. In addition to WW's post, you can hang around in the court yard, or bar in the basement patio to chat with the girls. The girls will hang around outside frequently to smoke or whatever. You can also just walk to the large room where all girls are to talk or choose. The receptionists are the most friendly among all clinicas that I have been too.
The price also reflect the room condition but it is relatively clean. There is shower but no toilet.
One major benefit for me is that I don't have to wait for girls because there are more. It seems that I always need to wait for someone at Prime.
