I found the Mutaween, or religious police to be very helpful as well when looking for P4P ladies. Two other areas which are also very good are Kandahar, Helmand province, Southern Afghanistan or Peshawar, south Waziristan, Pakistan. Both these venues make Bangkok look like a convent. Good luck in whichever of these three suggestions you choose.

In my opinion the best countries are Colombia and Cameroon. They are incredible countries.
