Last year, I went to Sisterz and IMHO it was one of the sleazier places that I have been to in Pattaya but the talent was terrible. Would you say that this go-go is always like this or do you think the recent low tourist turnout made them up the ante? I'm not sure when in 2009 I will make it back to Pattaya but I will make a mental note about this go-go.

Wonderer make you a deal. I will not barfine anyone when I go there on Jan 4, my fiirst night in Pattaya. In fact I may stop in again Jan 5 and 6 also and will not barfine anyone. If all the bars were gouging, what about the girls on Walking street and in the Discos? That is always 800-1500 bht! No bar fine.???
You can start a Windmill boycott, and good luck, it will never work. Maybe it will even open more seats for myself!!

I complained of this same situation last year. Mick Licker explained that at the peak of high season, including Christmas and New Years eve, when there are crowds of customers, the bar owners don't want the girls to be bar fined quickly and cheaply. It's a sellers market then. They make most of their money on the sale of drinks, especially lady drinks. If all the best girls are bar fined away early, the customers will go away as well, and the bar owners will lose revenue.

Makes sense to me. When the crowds finally recede, competition will return, and the bar fines will drop like stones.

Ok guys and fellow mongers. Thanks for all your comments regarding Windmill Club. As I mentioned, I understand the principle of demand and supply pretty well. However, I admit that I was just disappointed on that evening. For my part, I will not go to Windmill anymore (at least during this stay), but that's my personal decision. It will have no impact on their business, as the seat will be filled up by others. I know. But better than to ask for a bar fine of 2'500 THB they should have told me that there is no take out that night. As they asked for such a ridiculous price, I felt pretty stupid.

Nevertheless, as you could read in my report, I found another bar, which was much more reasonable, and the girl was nice. So, competition still works.

Thanks again, and let's close this topic now. I will continue to enjoy all the other opportunities, the place on offer.

We moved in to a simple hotel in Soi Bukhau for 600B a night where another friend was staying on more or less permanent basis, a real full time monger. His main source is the Beach Rd and 500 B ST. He has a budget to keep.
First evening we took a walk along Beach Rd, and I have to say the activity there was much higher than what it was on my two previous visits in low season. Girls were available till very late, but prime time now seems to be about 8 o’clock in the evening.
We had a beer at two of the a-go-go’s open early evening with 55 B beer, but the selection was not good. Later in the evening I took a cute 22 year old from Beach Rd for ST 500 B. After that I went to a go-go which my friend recommended. The name is already forgotten, I think it is airport or something. At least the theme has to do with air travel, the girls are dressed as sexy stewardesses. Most girls are naked and slap each other with some foamy sticks. There is also a good show by two girls in a small pool under a shower. Some of the girls there are really good looking. Didn’t take any though.

The next day my friend gets his girl from BKK to Pattaya since it was the last day at school and the guy who lives there has a sort of “permanent” girl, and she came with a friend which I got a long well with, 23 year old, decent English, from Surat Thani, mother from Isaan though, so you can’t get away from them. Not too great in bed.

The next day we had a Christmas Party with other people of the same nationality. The girl from yesterday shows up, since her friend called her. It wasn’t my intention to take her again, but anyway I did. And she did better this time, but still has away to go. Claims she has never been with farang and I can actually believe it.

The following day we go to the beer bars right before the entrance of Walking street and watch some Thai boxing. The friend who lives in P is playing some bar games with an exceptionally good looking one for those bars, 19 years old. But she won’t go with him. It’s an impression I have that some bars all over Pattaya actually have teasers that hardly go with customers. It looks a bit strange that the best looking girl is not bar fined right before closing time. The two of us walked back to the hotel and we checked out some well hidden beer bars in a complex and there was young and cute one there which he asked was available for BF. Hardly any English spoken and she had to be back by 3, but ST was what he wanted anyway.
I went to another complex near by where I had a beer earlier to see if the girl with the huge tits were there. Actually she dragged me into the bar. I took her for LT. In the room she asked for money upfront and my brain wasn’t turned on. So of course after the first pop she starts to dress, and I ask her what she is doing. After a short argument she turns nasty and threatens to call the police, thinking that will scare me off. And that really pisses me off. So I send her out in the corridor and let her dress there. Maybe a bit childish of me, but she shouldn’t get away with it every time. B*I*T*C*H. I walk her down to the reception and send her out. I tell them I caught her stealing (giving ST for LT qualify for theft). Well well, a lessoned learnt. My friend also had a horror story to tell the next day. The girl was new to scene and had never been with a farang before. She was absolutely inexperienced and even started bleeding. She was crying and sorry for the whole thing and so was he. She only wanted 100B, but he gave her 500.

So for the last day I decided to go for the “regular” girl. Sorry for not having seen you yesterday honey, was very tired. My unlucky friend had also got together with his “girlfriend” again, so all 3 couples went for a nice dinner. I was leaving for Jakarta the next morning, so we went to bed early. I have say that with my training program she has improved and I think I will extend the training next time I come back.

True - although 2,500 BF is the highest I have ever heard of. And don't expect them to come down right after New Year's - the bar owners usually "forget" to take the signs down until about a week afterwards. Just stay away from walking street during this time. It's crowded, full of nasty touts, and everyone turns greedy.

Tim Bone, the bar you mean is called "Air Port Club" and is directly in Walking Street, on the right hand side, directly opposite Soi Diamond. I agree, they have some pretty ones, but I have not taken one out either. Perhaps yet to come.

On the other hand, I can confirm your experience. Many of the beer bars with average to ugly girls have a teaser to attract customers. But they never go with them. I had some disappointment a couple of times, so I avoid them by now. If a bar has a few good lookers, then there might be a chance. At least worth a try.

I also paid a visit to Secrets Bar. They have not the best lookers (though some are pretty nice), but the place is definitely hassle-free and a place to relax from the usual bar stress. The girls tend to be a bit older (though not all), and many of them have given birth, so they have the usual marks. But in general, they compensate with skills and kindness. I had one from there and was not disappointed. Very pretty face, tits and belly with the birth marks, but she gave me an excellent BBBJ, and became totally wet, when I DATY'd her. Very nice LT experience, and also this was hassle-free. We did not even talk about the money. I just gave her the ususal 2000 THB when she left, and she was happy.

I returned to the Windmill Club this evening and had another great time with the girls. I asked one of them about the bar fines and was told that they are 1000 baht until midnight and 700 baht thereafter. After January 5, the bar fines will return to 700 baht, slighty expensive for the quality of the ladies, but the normal rate.

I specifically asked if the bar fines were ever in the neighborhood of 2,500 baht and was told "never," so Mr. Wonderer was quite mistaken in his previous report. He must have been confused and was probably given a quote including bar fine and services all in.

True often it is the owner or girlfriend from the owner who is the pretty one. Some pretty girls who got money from their former Job as bar girl, or whose have rich farang sponsors, open a bar in the hope to make profit. Those girls usually don't leave the bar before it close and those girls have no need to go with every customer.
Well, they might go with customer when the bar runs not good. But, all in all I would avoide such bars.

Thanks Wonderer and TBone, I had thoroughly enjoy this place too, but had forgotten the name. I found the concept very sexy as shown by the photo of the greeters outside the club. Club has three areas: a go-go stage with approx 12 girls, soapy tub with 2 girls performing lesbian acts, and a small stage in the back with the foam tube spanking. A petite hotty named Wan caught my highly trained eye. Because of her very petite body and the fact she had been working this bar only 3 days, I was worried that she might be short on service skills, but I barfined her. Walking back to my hotel she was telling me the shortest route and I began to wonder. Later, upon close up inspection, I began to question her real age. My initial guess of 24 was not even close. She said 33yo and her skills reflected this. A very sexy girl for B1500 ST.

Based on the previous discussions here about bar fine cost during New Year's holidays, I was just wondering if there was any change in the cost of bar fine and ST/LT price for the Super Baby/Girl go-go bars. These two bars last time I checked back in October had fixed rates no only for bar fine but also for the ST/LT cost, which had to be paid up front (before you leave with the girl !!). Not exactely a comfortable position for the customer who is already committed no matter what happens afterwards..
Was wondering if anything changed there.
