Ok, joking aside, no you don; t have to be ready to go any time; you plan with the girl and the manager on what time you want to go on-stage. But you should start planning it early on the day, otherwise the manager may have already committed to other guys for the max 2-3 free sessions she is allowed to give away per day. I don't think you can plan it days in advance either, but maybe I will ask next time.

I have seen free on-stage performances when the club has too much crowd (eg in New Year's Eve party) but also has only 5-10 people around watching the stage. So I guess it varies.

Usually the club is more crowded Fri and Sat after 8 or 9 pm, so I try to avoid those times / days. Very similar to pretty much any FKK in Germany or Switzerland. I was fucked up drunk with a WG, and she suggested we stay the night there. Glad I did, we had so much fun rest of the night / morning after the club closed, and I didn't have to drive drunk at 5 am. But they kick you out at 10 am from those rooms (and the club) so that they can clean and prep the rooms for the new day, and no breakfast at all. So it's not ideal, but serves the purpose when you are too drunk to drive, and more so if a girl stays with you.

I will have to try the Babylon hotel next time I need. Manager mentioned the availability before, but never knew any details like FUS posted, sounds much better than the World arrangement.
