The registration that is being discussed is a problem for the girls how?

Will it be a register that anybody could get out from the authorities as a public document? That I understand will be a problem.

In addition nobody likes to know they are on some kind of Government list for supervision: it creates a climate of intimidation (however mild). Imagine if we as purchasers had to register: how would you feel?. Dealing with a foreign state's bureaucracy will be really off putting for girls from countries where corruption is rife.

The registration is not supposed to be publicly available in any shape or form.

If they register then they will have to pay an accountant to declare their revenue (I am not sure but they also need a lawyer?) I guess they can keep extras in black and only declare the minimum but it will reduces their incomes anyway. What's more, in the registration they also have to declare their address and they won't be able to sleep in the FKK anymore. Not every girls sleep in the FKK, but some does. BTW it's surprising seeing sleepy girls going down the stairs in pyjama at Sharks. Renting a flat, even in colocation, will probably be more expensive. They will have organize themselves.

From the talks I had with girls it's not a possible breach in the confidentiality of their work that the girls fear but a reduction in their income. They're not interested at all in social security.

Would it be asking too much for you all to try to maintain a poker face? Or at least defer this panic until at least October 2017 or sometime thereafter?

These WGs also face an uncertain future, more so than us crybabies. I've only spoken to one WG about July 1st. She brought it up--not me. And she was only talking about the registration aspect. In other words, I wouldn't even know about "outlawing of BBBJ" if it weren't for this forum.

I agree that there is too much discussion and speculation on this topic (and now, this comment of mine adds to that body) and I suppose if I were physically in Germany right now, I would be clubbing at this moment instead of writing about it.

Anyway, I think it was NeuroS who said once, and it made a lot of sense to me, but the practical impact of this law will be decided by Germans. I think, even with several thousand foreigner mongers visiting every day, German men make up majority of the demand side of the equation. Whether the law is fastidiously followed, broken, fines imposed, prices going up; all of this will be decided by them, as they constitute the much bigger portion of the market.

So, I wouldn't worry that some working girls, reading the innermost thoughts and fears of a few dozen English speaking mongers (let's face it, a few dozen poeople post most of the comments here, me being one of the worst guilty parties) and use such knowledge against us in future negotiations; we in no way can be called more than a very small fraction of the market.

And I think was it even you MCA who said most local guys may be even unaware of this law yet? Makes perfect sense. What happens when they eventually hear about and understand the legal changes, how they react, not just in Hessen and NRW big clubs but all over the country, that remains to be seen.

About taxes, we all heard girls telling they pay 25 on 100 per day, but their problem is who know they did pay this tax amount, they receive no receipt for this, they don't even know if it s too high or not, about money they make? They don't even know where go this money? From Hessen clubs desk to where?

In NRW, German girls declare what they want for money they make, who can control? Most of Romanians don't declare.

For example, GT girls entry is 50, free on their birthday. Same for LR.

When girls move, they become talkative about management and clients behavior.
