If they get caught once they have to regularize and if they don't at the second time then I suppose they start to have problems.

From what I understood, there is a transition period, for the registration under the new law, until first January 2018. But it is not as though they can start to look for the papers to fill at the first January 2018, they have to be ready for 2018.

And from what I understood, once you're registered you have to declare revenue, pay taxes and some extra costs like an accountant. It would be very nice if was wrong because I believe that the most pretty girls won't come back for that reason and that FKKs will be full of average or unattractive girls.
