Chicago Club Reports

Went by on a Thursday night and had a blast. The plan was to scope the place out as it was my first time. I had just ordered my beer and had two girls immediately on me. They quickly escorted me to a booth and then were quick to grab me, all over the clothes, and they weren't shy about kisses. I hadn't brought that much cash since it was meant to just be a scouting trip and having heard that it was dead, did not expect this much attention. Had to pick one of them and told the other I'd come back for her another time. Cute 20 yr old, we got up to the room and had at it. The majority of the women there were indeed sitting by the bar, seeming, mostly disinterested. Which is a shame considering aside from that I prefer Chicago over HK. But do not recommend spending even 1-2 days there.

Don't know why most of those Zona Norte hotels don't have more of an online presense. Only ones I know of with a website are Cascadas (HK) and Rizo de Oro (Tropical).

Went here on a Friday night. It was dead AF. So few girls. Most ugly. Most just hanging at the bar stools on the side. This place is dying fast. I think tropical has more potential than this place.

I would have stayed but I had to meet a girl in Tropical that night.

About 7 blocks down Benito Juarez is a Calimax with a few safe ATMs in it. Supermarket ATMs are generally a good bet in Mexico. Banks vary. Some have high fees. Most are pesos only.

I'll be visiting Tijuana in just over a week for the first time. I was planning to add a stop to Chicago on my itinerary but lately haven't heard much to excite me. Is there still action at the club? Is it near HK?

I like it just fine but you can see for yourself when you get into town. Plenty of ladies but up to you if it's to your taste. It's about a thirty second walk from HK. The dearly departed Adelita Bar is (was) located between them.

Chicago has quality girls just not as many as HK. It is possible they all are occupied at 9-10 PM Friday / Saturday but so are a lot of the quality locas as HK.

I found a good one in Chicago early July. Had a couple hours to waste as my loca flight was delayed from another mexican town. This loca at Chicago had me spending money and not wanting to even look at HK.

Not every trip to Chicago works out but I typically check out the ladies 2-3 times a trip. The walk and a bottle of water do me good as I am hitting drinks hard.

The walk to Chicago from HK is a relatively short one. Possibly a 1 minute walk maybe 2 if the traffic on coahulia is bad,. In the bad old days some people would take a cab from AB to Chicago but these days the most dangerous part of that walk is crossing the street. With AB closed I will pop into Chicago to see if anything strikes my fancy. To me it's more fun with a group of friends.

Action however can be hit or miss just as it is with almost any club that is not HK. But even HK can be deviod of action depending on what hours you are there.

With Chicago you basically have to go and see for yourself. Go in there and look around for 15-30 minutes. I usually stand by the end of the bar or anywhere around the jacuzzi where you can get a good view of the entire club. Meseros will usually leave you alone and they're pretty cool about not having to order a drink for a while, just tell them no thanks or that you're waiting for a girl to sit down with to start drinking. You can definitely still find some gems there if you happen to go at the right time. But even HK can be hit or miss, there's a bit of a thrill of mining for gold if you don't have something set up with a girl you already know. But it's definitely worth taking a look in there and hanging out for as long as you can without getting bored.

One of my favorite chicas told me she was back at Chicago a few days ago in case I wanted to go see her, which of course I did. She had left out of town a little over a month ago and hadn't seen her since. Made plans to meet up with her last night but stopped by HK first.
