Apparently it's extremely rare for sildenafil drug resistance. It seems other issue, either some underlying condition or low testosterone. Get tested. If everything normal then try visiting doctor.

.[/QUOTE]The sildenafil or dapox doesn't work after heavy meal. It takes very long to absorb after heavy meal. Maybe try it on empty stomach. I have tried it twice and both times on empty stomach, just half tablet, and it has worked great.
Hi folks, let me tell you first that this query may seem weird for some. I am meeting a girl (not WG, a personal contact) next weekend and we will be having some fun time over the weekend. I have faced this frequently when trying FS at MP's and with WG, if I make out with co and dom on with full erection, I end up cuming with 3-5 minutes and if make out without one, I'm go on for a good 20 minutes or so. I even tried using man50 tablet with the said precautions as mentioned in the forum earlier but haven't got the said extensions.

I took an STD panel test and got my results which is negative for all except HSV 1 IgG with a value of 1. 57.
I a. Very scared and confused right now as I have read that HSV is not curable. I have not yet had any sores in my mouth but I some times get mouth ulcers (canker sores) since my school days. The ulcers used to automatically heal within 2 weeks.
I am having a tingling sensation in my penis since last 5 days. Its as if there is some amount of urine still left. There is no severe pain but it is very discomforting.
I want to know whether I can live a normal life with HSV 1, whether I can get married and have kids in future.

Sorry to know that. Don't worry or panic it's shows that you had a exposure in the past and your body had developed antibodies for that. When was your last exposure? This test result is known for high false positive results I. E shows positive even negative due to some other factors so consult a venerologist to rule out active disease and to confirm further with some other tests and to have expert answers for all your questions. Go to a venereologist and discuss symptoms. You are either having antibodies for hsv1 or it's a false positive. With anti viral drugs hsv can be controlled, though virus will remain forever and outbreaks can happen time to time.
