It's kind of funny. In the Fortaleza (and Natal) thread, during many years, you keep asking about all kinds of clubs (Mambo, Café del Mar, Armazem, Zippy) are still open, but you never give any reports back about your visits. The forum is about an exchange of information. How about sharing and not just taking? No wonder some members prefers to exchange information by PMs to avoid feeding the lurkers.

Why else would I be asking about what's going on now? But I sent posts at that time and shared info about my Brazil travels in Fortaleza and Natal. I also visited Thailand last year and posted and shared info about Thailand. I also visited Mexico in 2014 and submitted posts and shared info about Mexico. As a matter of fact, I did some traveling with someone who posts regularly on the Mexico board, and we both sent posts about some bars in Mexico. So I have shared information about the last three countries I visited: Brazil, Mexico and Thailand. Kind of strange that you're spending time researching my posts. And ignoring when I shared info.

Yearly update, Canoa Quebrada. Canoa Quebrada is small village 3,5 hours busride south from Fortaleza.

General: Canoa Quebrada offers nice beaches, buggy-tours, cheap pousadas, relaxed atmosphere and excellent restaurants.

Nightlife: Concentraded to a 100 m strip on Broadway. Germanspeaking gringos tends to hang out at Canoa Central, the other gringos goes to Bar Caverna. Todo Mundo is unfortunately invaded by veados. Girls looking for gringos goes mainly to Canoa Central and Caverna.

Girls: You have pro's, piranhas and regular girls.
* The nicest girls are the local girls who doesn't hang out in the gringo bars. These local girls you find at the locals hangout, Meu Xodo etc. It takes some work to score those girls as they want to avoid a reputation as papa-gringos.
* There are a big gang of piranhas who just want to f*ck gringos without charging anything. Unfortunately all these piranhas have seen their better days 10-20 years ago.
* The pro's. There are some local pro's and weekend pro's from Fortaleza. They will come up to you offering their services. I never payed for sex in Canoa so I have no idea what they charge.

If you want to find a beautiful local girl you'll have to work for it. If you don't bother to f*ck a 30+ woman that is just decent looking you'll have lots of options for free. If you look for P4P you better do it in Fortaleza.

Note 1 (as mentioned before): Non-pro's: Canoa has been one of the easiest places in Brazil getting laid for free. There used be lots of girls coming from other cities and villages wanting to have sex with gringos for free. Also many girls from the neighbour city Aracati. Things have changed a lot. Canoa is no longer that popular. It's still easy to getting laid with a non-pro, but the hot ones are few.
Note 2: The gringos who still goes to Canoa are 90% from German-speaking countries. A sad bunch of older, big-bellied, bald drunk gringos. They shouldn't offer any competition.

Yearly update on the Fortaleza scene, January 2017.

GENERAL:
Even with the crisis there are at least as many brazilian tourists as last year. I´ve sen less gringos than one year ago. As usual most gringos are Italians and a few French, Dutch, Germans and Swiss.

TRASH-PUTEIROS:
* Rua Sena Madureira 961: 10 puteiros on the first floor. Price R$40-60/30 min. This year I found no girl that were doable.
* Rua 24 de Maio 876: The locals calls it "Corredor do Inferno" (Hells corridor). It's a corridor with lots of rooms. Each room has a girl offering her services. Prices start at R$20. No girl were doable, but not so bad as expected from the nick-name.
* Pousada Ideal: Rua Jaime Benévolo 154. Room 13 and 14, one girl in each room. R$50/30 min. Both girls looked really scary.
* Passeio Público: In the park and in the bar on the corner there are a bunch of streetwalkers. Uglier than those GPs are hard to find.
* Beira-Mar, close to McDonalds: Always a bunch of girls hanging around. A mixture of crackudos and Zipi-girls. Worth checking out, but be cautious what you bring back to your place.

PRIVÉES:
* Monsenhor Tabosa 111: Sala 44, 45, 46, 49, 51, 54 and 56. Just look for heartshaped doorcarpets. All of them charge R$100, up to 60 min. A bit overpriced considering it's in Fortaleza. Only CBJ, with some rare exceptions. This year the quality is better than last year. Many very doable girls. Yesterday I sessioned with Lorena, morena escura, 23 years, cute, a few extra kilos, horseass and huge lovely natural tits. Today I sessioned with her friend Bruna, morena clara, "blond", nice big ass and large firm natural tits.

IRACEMA CLUBS:
The options for mongering bars and clubs continues to be extremely limited.
* Wh*re-crossing: In the wh*re-crossing it's Forró Mambo and three smaller bars left. Quite dead.
* Armazem: Continues to have Wednesdays as wh*re-night.
* Zipi Bar: Zipi is the best bar for mongering. R$12 minimum consumption. As always a nice and relaxed atmosphere. You enjoy your drink, chat with the girls and negotiate. Many girls ask for R$200. When you start laughing as it was a good joke they quickly go down to R$150. Do some negotiation and you get down to R$100. It depends if it's a TLN or a 1-2 hour session. This year I found the quality better than last year. Some beautiful gems among all the average girls.

NON-PRO'S:
As said before and worth to remember. The best, most goodlooking girls, are the local girls and tourist girls. Fortaleza is excellent for non-pro's. Just avoid all the chubby fatties with squared heads planted directly on their shoulders. Girls with necks are a rarity in Fortaleza.

Just some extra notes on Fortaleza:
* The only really good option for nighttime mongering in Fortaleza is Zipi Bar. Forró & Mambo and the two bars next to F&M attracts very few GPs. The prefeitura really managed to kill the mongering scene. Café del Mar, Europa Bar, Bikini Bar, Africa etc are just history.
* Zipi Bar: Number of girls and quality changes a lot depending on the day of the week. Weekends have more girls but with really sh*tty quality. Many of the weekend-GPs really shocked me, women 50+ and some really heavy chubbies with big trembling bellies. An average night you'll find one or two 9's and 10's, about eight 7's and 8's and the rest will be 1's-6's. With few exceptions the girls are very sympathetic and not pushy. Prices van be negotiated as low as R$80 with many girls. There are many gringos at Zipi Bar, 90% are Italians. Short guys dressed in polo shirts (upturned collars) who doesn't interact very much with the girls. My guess is that maximum 10% of the girls get customers.
* The mongering left in Fortaleza is just Zipi Bar, privées on Monsenhor Tabosa and a few GPs on the beaches (Beira-Mar and Croco Beach in Praia do Futuro).
* The mongering is light years form what it used to be, but I do like Fortaleza a lot, a very pleasant city with nice beaches and lots of cheap restaurants and bars along the orla.
* The best part of Fortaleza continues to be the non-pro's. Stroll along the orla, chat up girls on the beach or in centro and it´s easy to score regular girls. Beautiful girls around 20 years who are happy to f*ck for free (It really helps a lot if you have blue eyes, as the local girls are crazy for blue eyes).

P.S If you want to see lots of superfit girls with hard bodies, go running Iracema to Beira-Mar at 5.30 in the morning. Running is extremely popular, I counted over 500 runners on my 10 km run. A surprisingly large part are girls, with very hot bodies.
P.P.S The coco-nut price is R$2,5 and a Brahma (600 ml) cost R$4 in the bars along the orla.

Why no interest in Bellissima Sperto? That was a pretty good spot when I visited last year.

It was a mix of pros and non-pros though so wasnt as straightforward to pick up girls as say Zipi imo.
