For me Rossi's was much better than Magrib, cause you have also regular students at Rossi's and it is 10 minutes walking from Magrib.
And ok, I am speaking about 2 years ago, but I guess it did not change too much, many pros at late night if they did not find customers, move from Magrib to Rossi's.

Again visit in St Peter. First some small hotel near center, address Vosstaniya ulitsa 16, Name Akvareli, one night 2000R/night ingluding breakfast. I just tried to go to the Karamelki at Grivtsova Ul 3 but with no luck. I found the place and managed to get in to the courtyard behind another person thru the gate. Once inside I tried locate the apartment number 41, but could not find it. The problem is I don't have a clue about what a good 'girl-friendly' hotel. By the sound of its pretty hard to involve some bribing / tipping of hotel employees, but perhaps some hotels are better than others?
I am looking for a 3 or 4 star hotel, ideally somewhere quite central. Running a search for hotel on the forum, I got a lot of hits, though unfortunately a lot of these hits were from 5, 6.7 years ago. A lot can change in 5 years.ownership, personal, etc. So, I thought I'd ask.

I was in Spb 3 weeks ago, stayed at Park Inn Pulkovskaya, not in the city center but very girl-friendly and also Holiday Inn is girl-friendly and there is a bar called 4X at the hotel with a lot of semi-pros. Great fun.

I am not sure where exactly the hotel is, cause a local friend took me there, but it was close to a metro station called Moskovskaya. And there are a couple of 4X bars I guess cause I also visited another with an old decoration and with old photos hanging on the wall, too but no working girls, just students.
