I dropped in to FP a couple of nights ago, they jacked up the rates, I guess due to high occupancy and hanger-ons from Eid. They wouldnt budge from 25bd for the room. On the plus side it was a fairly decent room by FP standards with new furniture.

Bahrainis are quite welcome at many places. Perhaps you could pretend to be from Saudi or something. Thanks for the reply, I heared about FP from some Saudi friends many years ago probably 7-8 yrs, at that time locals were not allowed to enter, I'm not sure if they are continuing the same policy. Well, so far most of my experience is in Cosmo's or Rock Bottom because I can walk there in a few minutes. I have been to the Al Bustan Hotel a couple times. So... I can only really talk about Cosmos or Rock Bottom.
Many of the customers in Cosmo's are Bahraini's and the other majority is the Americans. On the weekends, the usual Saudi's or Kuwaiti's come in also.

It's really easy to get a girl in Cosmo's, but about the lowest they will go is 30BD, some might go down to 25BD if they are looking for some quick money, or even 20BD if they have known you awhile. Since many Bahraini's take girls out of Cosmo's, there would be no need to be shy about it. Some of the girls take the customers to an apartment complex behind the Ramee, where they will rent a for 15BD, for short time use. If you meet a girl, you can make the deal, then ask her to meet you outside, then you go out alone and wait for her. Nobody would know, or care that you got yourself a lady.

You can try this anywhere, or get their phone number and call them when convienant. Anytime I have asked for a girls phone number they were glad to give it to me.
