I've bought a couple of 4-packs and the stuff is fresh dated and definitely legit generic V. I've never declared the remaining tabs on my way back across the border.

Since we are on the subject of declarations, are we allowed to bring back one or two cartons of cigarettes? I read online two is allowed but at the Sentri line one guy told me only one carton is allowed.

Take into consideration that some CBP officers will mark it on your record and others won't. If you did bring back two cartons you could demand to pay taxes on them but I don't know at which rate they would charge you.

Last year I went way over my $800 duty free limit and only had to pay $30 on close to $2000 worth of stuff. Not a bad deal as far as I am concerned.

Bottom line is be honest. You will have a much better chance of getting things through. This includes medicine.

I don't declare anything either. If Homeland Security wants to blow $50,000 to train a sniffing K-9 to detect viagra, I don't want to spoil their job.

It was over a decade ago when I last declared two cartons when returning by my automobile.

The CBP agent told me this: he explained that while it was legal to bring back two cigarette cartons, he had a form that needed to be filled out in order to collect (what was then) about six dollars in taxes. He offered to waive it for that one instance, but warned me that it would be filled out, & collected in the future if I brought in two cartons in the future. I sensed that this officer considered the rule to be a pain in the ass and a part of his work he felt he didn't want to do then or in the future. From that point on I only cross with one carton.

Now about declaring ED drugs. I believe EBoardbuildeer is 100% correct about the border allowing up to 50 ED pills without a prescription. Around 11 or 12 years ago I got three prescriptions from a Tijuana doctor near the border. He initially prescribed Viagra at my request. And on a second visit to that same Tijuana doctor I got a prescription for Cialis and another prescription for 10 MG sleeping pills with the Mexican brand name of Stilnox (medicine active ingredient called Zolpidem, which is the active ingredient in Ambian).

Back more than a decade ago I would not declare any of these pills and instead sneak these pills in a good hiding place in my car when it was time to cross the border. I knew back then it would be a problem declaring them because I did not have prescriptions from a US doctor for any of those three medications. In total I brought back just a few ED druggas and a total of 150 or 180 Stilnox tablets. I take the Zolpidem pills only as I need to (occasional restless night) and in my medicine cabinet I still have 65 remaining Stilnox pills, so I have no need to get & bring back more (they still work despite being a decade after their expiration period).

But after year 2007 I still continued to smuggle back a few generic Viagras on most trips. Most visits to Tijuana are for a week. I bring one generic Viagra pill with me into Tijuana on most visits (for the 1st night) and then the next morning I visit Piri Pharmacy and buy ten new Figral 100 MG tablets. For the rest of the week I typically use four or five of the new pills and bring back five or six Figral pills.

In 2008 through 2014 I continued to hide my Figral pills and not declare them. Somewhere during this period I saw on the CBP website that ED druggas had their own special rule with CBP allowing up to 50 pills per crossing and no required prescription. Yet I continued to hide and not declare the half dozen pills I was bringing back into the USA. Then a "non-event" happened during one of my returns to the USA in 2014.

As I said, I usually hide my small amount of ED drugs, but I goofed up on one return trip. I forgot to hide my pills during one return to the US of A. I simply left them in a front pocket of my luggage instead of hiding them deep in my car. And as luck would have it, on that crossing of the border, the CBP agent decided to look in my trunk and he rifled through my luggage. I thought he was taking a very long time looking in my trunk. I noticed after a while that he was not making any noise. I eventually looked back and saw that he had left my car. I didn't know where he went, but he was gone a long time. I then remembered about failing to hide the Figral tablets. It worried me a little, but not a lot of worry since by this time I knew about the 50-pill rule. However I did regret not declaring the Figral.

After what seemed like an eternity, the CBP agent returned to my car. He quickly closed my trunk that he had left open. He handed me back my passport and said I was free to drive into the United States.

When I got home and opened my trunk I saw my two Figral boxes (containing six remaining Figral tablets) sitting out and on top of my luggage. I guess that he came across them and either was initially not sure what they were, or if they were allowed. So he must have checked with a supervisor or other agent when he left me alone with my car at the border.

From that point on I no longer hide my Figral, but instead declare it. I've probably crossed the border 20 or 30 times since I began declaring it, and only had one minor problem.

This little problem happened this last spring, when I was crossing in March or April 2017. I was stocking up on Figral and bought my biggest purchase ever, 30 pills. I still had 26 pills when my trip was over, as I headed towards the border. On this trip I crossed back via foot at the newer Ped West. My CBP agent was black officer, probably in his fifties. I told him that I had 26 pills of 100 MG Figral. Half the time the CBP agents don't know what Figral is, so often I also need to also tell them that Figral is generic Viagra. Every other time, when I declare my typical 5 to 10 pills, I get waived right through. But in this case, with 26 Figral pills, the CBP agent said that was too many pills and he told me I would be going to secondary. We talked for a while as he was preparing the paperwork for secondary. At first he told me that these 100 MG pills can only be taken every third day and I could only bring in 9 or 10 pills. I told him that the CBP website said that up to 50 ED pills at a time could cross. He said I was wrong and that only a 90-day supply could be taken over the border. I then pointed out to him that by his own statement about use every third day (which I knew was wrong) would make a 90 day supply equal to 30 pills. He refused to answer my question as he finished up my paperwork. He escorted me from his turnstile station back to the windowed office area behind him. He had me wait at the opening to secondary as he entered that area (I looked in and IIRC there were two large tables near the entrance, about ten chairs around these two tables with around three or four men sitting on these chairs. Maybe two or three in uniforms.

So my CBP agent talked to one of the seated men, and then came back to tell me to keep waiting. He went back in and talked to one of the other seated men and then returned to me. He said I could now go. I left immediately without asking him to give me the final determination of his swiftly changing interpretation of the rules. I only asked "no secondary?" and hastily took yes for an answer.

There seemed to be very little to gain by waiting around to get any clarification of the rules from someone who clearly didn't know them. He would likely be too proud to honestly admit to me that I was right and he was wrong. I also didn't post on this board about this encounter because I though I thought it was unique,. , he simply made an error that was not verified.

I flew to San Diego Airport, took 992 bus to American Plaza station and picked took Blue line trolly across the street reach the San Ysidro border. The MTS day pass cost only $7. The 992 ride took 10 min and troli took 45 min. 992 bus comes every 15 min but on weekends, its frequency is only every 30 min. I had a long wait catching the bus on my Saturday return trip, but I did not have to wait for blueline trolli during both trips.

Crossing the border at pedwest crossing during the return to US was a breeze, hardly took 10-15 min. I was scared of 1-2 HR wait and missing my flight, so I left hotel for the border at 8 am but by 8:30 am, I was out on US side. I took 907 bus to the trolly, instead of walking to the trolly. 907 bus has nice frequency, and bus stop is by the pedwest entrance.

Stayed at Cascada on 5th floor. Warm water, not much night noise, and stay was pleasant. They provide only two towels, and can provide more if you tip the room service guys. They keep the towels by the door next to the elevator. The door is always unlocked, so I help myself with plenty of towels, so I never run out of fresh towel for each girl.

I bought VIP card as I would get me 20% discount at cascada hotel that would save me over $70. Plus it gave me daily free beer at HK. I ate breakfast at Mcdonalds and Dinner at Azure, to avoid upset stomach from street food I had during my last trip. Besides, where else in USA you can get juicy Filet mignon steak for $14 but at Azure?

Google Translate was my best buddy. I had to use it with every girl and I did not have to learn a single word of spanish.

HK club is much better than clubs I have seen in USA and Thailand. Never seen so many girls in a single club and quality of girls is much superior to anything I have seen. Even with DFK, DATY requirement, I was able to find several good looking who agreed, around $40 for 30 min.

I tried out Musas escort agency, and it was positive experience. I rented La mansion for $27 for escort encounters. Saw Anahi, Alma and Agatha during my stay. Anahi and Alma were superb GFE ladies I can recommend. Agatha was too skinny and bit aloof for my taste, But for $90/ HR, they all were best values compared to HK. I had many goof ups at La mansion. I texted the agency my room number but after couple of hours of wasted hours waiting, I learned my whatsapp lacked wifi and my texts never reached the agency. When I called the agency, they informed my the problem at my end and quickly dispatched the lady. On second occasion, I texted the agency wrong room number. Actually, I was supposed to take room number 47, but by mistake, checked into wrong room number as the door was open. So the lady spend 30 min going to a wrong empty room. Again, the agency was gracious and sent the girl to my room. I had booked two separate girls in a single day. And in the middle of my session with second girl, the la mansion staff knocks saying I can not have more than 1 guests in a single day. Second guest costs extra. They would not let me have second guest until I paid $14 extra fee. La mansion had nice rooms, I would love to stay there but its location is terrible, and it is not cab friendly. I had to wait 30 min to get the cab from this hotel. WIFI was also terrible. They do not provide password. You have to notice it on their board, and very easy to miss noticing it. And even after you find it, it took me several tries to connect to it, as it kept rejecting the password as incorrect password. On next day, I had my wifi connected but my whatsapp and internet did not work. I tried to complain to reception staff but they all act not understanding english. I would not go back to La Mansion.

Overall, saw over 12 ladies in short span of 4 days, It was in deed a mongering heaven.

I have been going to Tijuana for many years. It seems that every time I eat in Tijuana that my stomach gets sick. This includes eating in many decent restaurants. I stay at my girls apartment in a colonia down there (she used to work in Tropical) and I have to use her toilet all the time because my stomach is sick. You would have thought that I would have built up an immunity for this. I can drink the water but it is the food that kicks my ass always.
