If you are asking to use it in entropay that's fine.

Can you please confirm if there is a trend of paying service charge over the finalized deed to SP.
I never gave it in Delhi but have encountered this twice in Hyderabad.
Yesterday SP asked 1000 rs as service charge and said that it is normal here and tradition here.
Was not sure of this as I had asked this in forum earlier also, so called off and returned.
Any guidance on this will be of great help to me in future. Please guide.
