Have you been to Colombia Westy? I have been there 6 times and I go thru about 10 ladies per trip and have never been rejected. I have enjoyed the most beautiful women you can imagine. In the Philippines in general and especially in AC, it usually comes down to personal chemistry. If you get along well with the girl, she'll want to stick around. If not, she'll do a runner as soon as she can.

maybe you're looking at the wrong time? in my experience most of them are walking up and down fields (the walking street part for the most) between 8 and 11 pm. after 11 their number diminishes rapidly. i guess they either go home then or to one of the disco's. but anyway there aren't that many.

if you are also walking up and down fields you might miss some of them because they either walk (far) behind or in front of you. it's not like beach road in pattaya where most girls stay in the same spot all night.
better have a seat at for example kokomos and look if you see girls that are passing by more than once or twice. worked for me a couple of times.
