I have tried Duralast 30 on 2. 3 occasions, it does work but it has quite a few minor side effects like.

Headache, dizziness, stuff nose etc. Unless one has the major problem of PE (Premature Ejaculation) one should not use it. It is not meant to enhance your performance or prolong erection in normal conditions. It may work but is not indicated.
