I wonder if these massage parlors fail due to failing to get enough good looking girls, or if the location being a little unusual, prevents guys from going to have a look?

It seems that finally some of the businesses are beginning to realize that they not keeping up with customer expectations will in the end put them out of business.

Hotel staff at breakfast not being able to understand the very basic questions you are posing and still bring you the wrong food. WiFi signal just very bad. Towels with-holes. Coffeemaker provided but no coffee. Staff texting all the time.

Especially in the big cities like BKK and HCMC prices going up and service going down.

My hotel in HCMC, free WiFi Everywhere? In the lobby so so in the room disconnecting all the time while trying to book a flight! After you tell the staff they will be on their phones within a minute. No way get it fixed! But they just don't care.

If a girl in a MP has a bad attitude just mention her name and if there are other customers with the same experience keep naming her and the shop that accepts her bad attitude. We are not paying peanuts anymore.

She just doesn't even attempt to give a good massage in between pops. That doesn't bother me that much because that's not I'm there for. But I am usually surprised with a few of the Tulip girl's massage skills (Golf, and Boom). The "scene" is rapidly moving online. Gals ca be their own boss, not have to sit around a MP, and work when they want. While there will continue to be MPs for a time I think the quality will continue to decline. Sadly I think the move online will also see more price increases and service that might not be up to what we expect. Hope I am wrong.

I don't think it was a location issue because the shop is only a few steps away from Tulip. However the girls working there were definitely the SW B' Team. Nong has never been lucky opening a second shop. She unsuccessfully tried Snowhite 2 which later became Candy massage. (Where she was part-owner) Neither of them worked. Bongkot was under the same management as Tulip. I think the reasons are two-fold. Like second restaurants of a famous chef are usually not as good as the original, the same goes for MPs because the don't apply the same standards. The other reason is definitely the down turn in the economy. This means the good girls all go and work abroad. Malaysia, Korea, Hong Kong and Bahrain being the top destinations. Singapore is high on the list, particularly if the girls get a work permit for one of the Geylang houses. So far I have not found one Sukhumvit PSE shop MP girl on WeChat or CL. This seems to be more the domain for freelancers, bar girls and regular MP girls that want to make money on the side but I found it to be a total crap shoot.

Thankfully a number of the previous "super stars" are still around and are keeping in contact with their regulars. They might go abroad for a while but love to hook up when they are back in Bangkok for R&R which suits me just fine.

So is anyone aware of what site or app is being used for these girls transitioning out of the shops? I've tried Wechat and Craigslist, but have had the same kind of mixed bag results like everyone else. I'm just going to try and collect line contacts when I like a girl in the shop. The owner offered her a very low price per month for the lease on the property that was to become Sky. Guess it was not low enough. I would agree Mick that the lookers who are also performers are going abroad these days. I was told that in order to keep some lookers around some of the shops on 24/1 are allowing gals to work 2 weeks a month. Then they have time to go work abroad.
