Manage to squeeze in a small week in Manila / Makati (again). Stayed, like last time, at the New World Manila Bay Hotel. Landed at 11.30 am CATHAY pacific. Terminal 3 is a mess to catch taxi. Very long lines with parallel taxi mafia scouting for exorbitant prices. One quoted 1800 pesos to ermita.
