I bought a box of 10 Cialis 10 MG, about $12 a pill, in Rio, took 1 whole pill and had erection for 36 hours. It took much longer and harder work to reach climax with the big Cialis boner.

From the farmacia at the Mercado Artesania, bought a box of Cialis sealed with hologram about $7 a pill. The farmacist swore the were genuine, but they turned out duds. Again in ZhuHai, China, Cialis in sealed box sold by a pharmacy turned out fakes.

In both cases the pills were tested negative on El Capitan and a few other guys with questionable libido.

Mostly used for sport fuck (and to counteract whiskey dick if having too much fun). I'm approaching 50, don't really need them, but they are good to have on hand. With my insurance, Cialis is ridiculously expensive for a 30 day, 5 MG supply. Cialis has always worked for me, but as Solo says, it is harder to climax with a Cialis fueled cock!

Unless things have changed Figral and other ED meds are behind the counter but AFAIK that is the case with all pharmacies.

When you approach Piri the first thing you notice is there are two double-glass door entrances. Piri is almost like two separate stores. General merchandise on the right side and a pharmacy on the left side. With a cashier station right in between the two entrances.

So if you walk into the left side, walk about half-way the length of that side of the store. The ED meds will be in a lockable glass case on the left wall behind a waist-high counter. Prices are clearly marked. You will need to ask a pharmacist to get the Figral, which the pharmacist will carry directly to the cashier.

I buy my condoms at Walmart.

For me, it takes about an hour for Viagra to start working and it takes about 4 hours for Cialis to start working. Viagra lasts 18 to 24 hours for me (it lasted longer when I was younger). Cialis lasts for 2 or 3 days.

In my personal experience, both of them work quicker and last longer if taken on an empty stomach. Perhaps food in the stomach degrades ability to absorb the medication.

Interesting, the common side affect for these boner helpers is an upset stomach. Taking on an empty stomach. Hmmmm. Nothing worse than having nausea while trying to fuck! LOL (and dealing with the stuffy nose!) hahaha. We do what we do.
