I did once a few years ago, but without offering money. The results were disappointing. Either they told me the girl was married in Switzerland, or she was visiting her mom. In fact they don't want tell you the girl is still here, but has a long time customer who has booked her for his whole holiday, or so.

Best to try to find out if one of her close friends still works there and chat to the friend. Then just be honest and ask if your phone number could be passed on or something like that. The friend might well know the approx situation.

hello everyone! i am in the midst of a very long vacation here in bangkok and wish to update you all about a handful of positive experiences with women who are located within a stone's throw of ll. these good times supplement the positive review that i gave ll last week and have contributed to the good time that i have had in town here.

i shall continue to come online and update more often in this second-half of my trip and hope to give newbies and regular/senior members some insight into this monger's choice of activities.

I’m wrapping up my maiden three day trip to LOS; I’m going to put this report in reverse order.

Thanks to all members who provided me help in my travels, directly: Asia Traveller 2, Tansak KTV, 1Ball; and indirectly Mick Licker and his excellent guides, and all other posting members.

First day in BKK I landed at around 18:10; cleared customs and baggage claim in about 30 minutes. Checked in at LL and got my bearings, unfortunately I only changed about 200USD at the airport and had to wait till morning to change more. Can any of you Thailand experts recommend a website for meeting non pro Thai ladies? I have just been asked to go to Thailand on business, and after much protestation that it was too far away, too crazy a place, etc, I gave in to my boss and agreed to go! I like to mix non pros in with the bar scene when I travel, and usually arrange these in advance by romancing the girls through the internet. But all the sites I can find are basically pay marriage sites.

Other more knowledgeable (and non-mongers) might know better or have a different opinion. But if you're planning a short business trip, chances of meeting a real non-pro slim to zero.

If you're single, young and hang for a while with honorable intentions, there are places and opportunities. If you're in town for business, short visits, married, etc.....try hunting the clubs and burn the candle at both ends.

I've met some nice girls at the following sites. The first one requires a nominal membership fee to contact girls. Just keep in mind there are pros working these sites but if you wade through what you don't want, the straight ahead girls emerge eventually.

I have learned that it is best not to let a Thai choose a fancy restaurant, especially if she has never been there before.
If she suggests one, you need to find out if it is a rip-off place first.

One me and a mate were taken to Bankok Palace Seafood near corner of Sukhumwit and Asoke. The girls chose it but had never been there.

The food was very expensive and the girls asked for costly stuff.
One girl left quickly before eating anything.
I suspect an important Gik had called up and she was cheating on her regular BF.
The girls ate very little in general despite ordering a lot.
They like to order what they think the guys will want, which is Thai custom but silly.
The Thai music and dancing on the stage made talking nearly impossible.

Overall cost was very exhorbitant.
