Cheers, [/QUOTE]This is because of the specifics of the flat rate system. Something like an "All inclusive" system is not entirely legal and it is definitely frowned upon by police and the state in general.

The owners of the new club that is supposed to open soon claim to have found a way to run the flatrate club legally but it is doubtful and in any case it is not going to be a place that is ideal to host massed of people.

Then again other clubs are also not entirely legal but accepted by the police. Don't get your hopes up just yet.
