After 20 January, for looks, I would say Palace on Friday or Saturday, Oase, Samya, maybe Aca Velbert but have to work to make girls improving.
But Oase is easy to be beaten. Apart from Artemis, I would throw in Samya and Golden Time.

But you are looking for something else too, right?
So. If you are not so keen on service, you may find the best optics plus choice in some RLD, e. G. Prague, Cologne (Pascha), and Duisburg.

Unfortunately, in NRW there is no single club standing out. Some would claim that Samya is best, esp. If you seek younger material. There are lots of good clubs, yet non stand totally out: LivingRoom, Acapulco Velbert or Gold.
The times of Oceans and Magnum are clearly gone. Penelope (castrop rauxel) is upcoming- but still very turkish-dominated.
As I don't care for age. So I prefer GT.

I am not fully dismissive of the danger of a harsher sex-law in germany, yet it is not very likely to happen now. Germany had at least 4-5 such movements in the past 10-15 yrs. This is just one more.
This is majorly driven by the SPD-party. Which is still in down-hill mode. By putting so much energy on this, the SPD is imo wasting time on something that is totally unimportant compared to topics like economy, security, climate change and migration.
The 2-3 times stronger green party already made it clear, that they don't see any need for action. The CxU party has other problems as well. So I am very doubtful that this is serious enough.

Vienna: 2 brothels + GoldenTime + another club 200 km (Wellcum) south of vienna.
Easy choice. If you ask me. It ought to be cologne. Optics distribution will be slightly worse then vienna. But much better prices and much wider selection will make up easily for that.

I also assume that Dusseldorf is too far away. In my view then, GT Vienna is the only decent club here, but true. It is a bit pricey. Although for weekends it gives you the best optics compared to anything Cologne.
If on the other hand you have a rental car and can get around all of Ruhr, then sure you have tons of well priced options, but landing a good club for you is very very subjective and hard without having done some serious subjective first hand investigations. Personally I find the best optics to be at Oceans (Andra, Elena, Alina etc), plus Hannah at Acapulco, and maybe Lucy wherever she is. But you may just as well be disappointed as happy, and not everyone agrees with me. Also, if you need to visit 2 clubs in one day because your first chanced club failed to meet expectations, then Austrian prices evens out.
If you have a rental car in Austria, then sure you can drive down to Wellcum, or even take a train if you wish. But it isn't Vienna by any means. On the other hand, you will be 100% satisfied without any risks involved if you do take the 4 hour drive to Wellcum, which is more than 200 km away by the way. Question is just if there is time, when only having one weekend. How long is the weekend for example? And at what hour do you land and depart? If you want to go to Wellcum, flying into Salzburg or Venize saves you almost 2 hours, but it is the best club in Europe at the moment. Edging out Sharks on peak days at both clubs.
If you do have the cash to burn, you can also fly Vienna-Klagenfurt and wake up close to Wellcum, but domestic Austrian flights are not the cheapest.
